Clinical Study On Small Dose Aspirin With Buyanghuanwu Decoction In Preventing Cerebral Vascular In-stent Restenosis

Objective:This study intends to observe cerebrovascular stent graft after using traditional Chinese medicine Buyanghuanwu Decoction combined with small dose of aspirin and the routine operation after the aspirin and clopidogrel after stenting in the prevention of restenosis and postoperative complications related to the effect of control.Methods:Narrow double antibody binding with selected by brain DSA showed no symptoms of cerebral artery extracranial artery stenosis greater than or equal to 70% of symptomatic cerebral artery extracranial segment of carotid artery stenosis is more than or equal to 50%,the age is more than or equal to the age of 18,a total of 60 patients were enrolled in the local anesthesia cerebral artery extracranial stenting, preoperative received aspirin 0.1g,clopidogrel 75 mg double antibody treatment for three days and postoperative treatment group with aspirin 25 mg Buyang Huan Wu Decoction combined use of 3 months,the control group with aspirin 0.1g clopidogrel 75 mg daily for 3 months,the two groups after 3 months,the brain DSA or CTA examination,to understand the two groups of in stent restenosis rate and postoperative complications related to the effect of contrast.Results:In 60 cases, follow-up after six months, the treatment group 1, contrast group 3 due to suspension of clinical trials of gastrointestinal bleeding, internal carotid artery and vertebral artery in treatment group and contrast group each have 1 people lost contact with the suspension of clinical trials. Treatment group and control group the restenosis rate was 17.8%?15.3% respectively, the difference between the two groups no significant(P>0.05). During the follow-up, the treatment group appeared gastrointestinal bleeding 1, mucocutaneous purpura 2, cerebral infarction 3 people, contrast gr-oup appeared gastrointestinal bleeding in 3 people, 4 mucocutaneous purpura, cerebral infarction, 2, two groups had no new cases of intracranial hemorrhage, the difference was not statistical significance(P>0.05).The treatment group compared with the control group can effectively reduce the postoperative NIHSS score, improve the prognosis of patients, the difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Buyanghuanwu Decoction with small doses of aspirin can prevent restenosis after stenting is effective.
