The Short Term Effect And Safety Study About The Yixin Tongluo Capsule Preventing Restenosis After Coronary Stent Implantation

Objective：To explore the treatment and prevention function of self-prescribedChinese prescription of restenosis after stent implantation and to explore the mechanism.Method：160coronary artery disease patients after stent implantation in our hospitalwere divided randomly into controlled and treated groups， controlled group patientsconventional took aspirin100mg qd， clopidogrel tablets (Plavix)75mg qd. The treatedgroup patients accepted the same theropy of controlled group，beside that they also tookYixin tongluo capsule invented by my hospital,2pieces bid. Two groups took clopidogrelonly for six months. Yixin tongluo capsule and aspirin were taken continuousiy. Period oftreatment is six months.Results：After treatment，the two groups after treatment decreased significantly，thetreatedt group decreased greatly；Blood stasis syndrome integral and Qi deficiency integralof the wo groups decreased significantly，the treated group decreased greatly.Conclusion：Clinical and experimental study affirmed Traditional Chinese herbs canreduce the incidence of ISR，Improve Qi deficiency and blood stasis of postoperativepatients， reducing coronary stent inflammation， immune response of early postoperativebody， enhance immune function，inhibit inflammation，prevent the occurrence of ISR.The capsule is effective and safe for the prevention of ISR. Yixin tongluo Capsule canreduce postoperative restenosis，has no obvious adverse reaction.
