Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Rheumatoid Arthritis With Rheumatoid Arthralgia Syndrome

Objective:To verify the efficacy and safety of Fengshi Bitong prescription in the treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis with Wind-damp arthralgia syndrome by observing the changes of efficacy and safety indexes before and after treatment,so as to provide a new reference for clinical treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,72 patients diagnosed with early rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fengshi Bitong prescription,and the control group was treated with methotrexate tablets.Both groups were combined with basic treatment.Four weeks as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for three courses.Before and after treatment,the clinical manifestations,laboratory examination,X-ray examination,The disease activity score(DAS28)and TCM symptom score of the two groups were recorded,and the data were statistically analyzed by spss25.0 software.Results:A total of 72 cases were included in this trial,and 60 cases completed the trial,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.DAS28 and TCM symptom score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);The curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05;There were no significant differences in laboratory examination indexes,X-ray staging and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fengshi Bitong prescription has definite curative effect in the treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the condition,relieve symptoms,and clinical medication is safe,which can be further studied and promoted.
