Efficacy Observation Of Early Enteral Nutrition Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:Now the incidence of acute pancreatitis is getting higher and higher.In this paper,we observed the treatment of acute pancreatitis by early enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.and the treatment of acute pancreatitis by early enteral nutrition combined with basic western medicine,compared two groups of patients in hospital time Abdominal pain relief time Gastrointestinal decompression time serum amylase recovery time,early enteral nutrition in combination with the curative effect of acupuncture on patients with acute pancreatitis Hope to be able to improve the curative effect of patients with acute pancreatitis,relieve patients' pain Providing a new method to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis and the basis.Methods:This study included in August 2019,in February 2021,hunanzhongyiyao university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in changsha city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine during the eighth hospital Hepatobiliary surgery patients in hospital,diagnosed as fat source sex pancreatitis(moderate or above),a total of 60 patients,according to the proportion of 1:1 in 2 groups,One group was given early enteral nutrition combined with Western medicine basic routine treatment:fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,stomach protection,pain relief,correction of water,electrolyte,acid-base balance,inhibition of trypsin secretion,prevention of infection,nutritional support,etc.,according to the 2019 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis in China Conventional western medicine treatment and early enteral nutrition therapy,namely early enteral and fewer ten patients experienced septic complications(control group),a group in the control group on the basis of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,the early enteral nutrition in combination with acupuncture group(experimental group),compared two groups of patients in hospital time Abdominal pain relief time Gastrointestinal decompression time blood amylase recovery time comprehensive curative effect evaluation Using statistical methods for data analysis.Results:Length of hospital stay(7.3±2.2d),controls the length of time(8.6±2.7d),and compare the results of two groups(P<0.05),the experimental group,patients in hospital was shorter than the control group patients was statistically significant experimental group patients with gastrointestinal decompression time(4.6±0.6d),the control group,length of hospital stay(5.2±0.8d)compare the results of two groups(P<0.05),the experimental group patients with gastrointestinal decompression,shorter than the control group patients was statistically significant experimental group patients with abdominal pain relief time(6.3±1.4d),the control of hospital stay(6.4±1.5d),and compare the results of two groups(P>0.05),compared two groups of patients with abdominal pain relief time has no obvious statistical significance SAMY experimental group patients recovery time(4.2±1.2d),the control group,length of hospital stay(4.3±1.3d)compare the results of two groups(P>0.05),SAMY recovery time to compare two groups of patients with no obvious statistical significance Thus the experimental group than control group in the treatment of acute pancreatitis can shorten their hospital stay Reduce the patients with gastrointestinal decompression time of patients with abdominal pain relief time and blood amylase recovery time has no obvious improvement In the two groups of patients,9 patients in the experimental group,18 patients with remarkable effect and 3 patients with effective effect,7 patients in the control group,21 patients with remarkable effect and 2 patients with effective effect,and no invalid patients in both groups were compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,P<0.05,the efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment was more significant,the efficacy of the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion:By comparing the two groups of patients in hospital time Abdominal pain relief time Gastrointestinal decompression time serum amylase recovery time comprehensive curative effect assessment,early enteral nutrition in combination with acupuncture treatment of acute pancreatitis based treatment curative effect superior to simple acupuncture plus western medicine,can effectively promote the patients with acute pancreatitis,shorten the course of the patients with acute pancreatitis,the treatment is safe and effective,and is worth promoting.
