Tetramethylpyrazine On The Therapeutic Effect And Mechanism Of Acute Pancreatitis In Rats

Objective: Observes the therapeutic effects of Telramethylpyrazine(TMP) on the models of the acute pancreatitis(AP) rats which induces to the Sodium Taurocholic-acid, evaluates the effect of TMP to the serum amylase(AMY) and the blood plasma malondialdehyde(MDA), discusses the possilble mechanism of TMP to treat AP .Methods: 150 healthy Wister rats of 10-12 weeks age, weight of 200-300g, femal or male not limited, are divided into three teams stochastically, 50 rats of each team:the contrast team(A team), the pancreatitis team(B team), the TMP team(C team). The AP rats model preparation refers to the Aho law,after the preparations of the AP rats model, the rats of the contrast team and the pancreatitis team are injected the physiological saline(o.32ml/100g) in their abdominal carity when closed the abdominal carity, but the rats of the TMP team are injected 2.5% TMP solution(8mg/100g), draws the blood in the rats heart and executes the rats separately after 3h. 6h, 12h, 24h, when maded in the models, selects 10 rats random in every team of each time, takes a pieces of the pancreatic organization to be fixed in the 10% neutral formaline solution on the head, the body, the tail of the pancreas, observes the time of the average life and 24h mortality rate, the character and the quantity of the ascites, the pancreatic morphology change in the naked eye and the light mirror, as well as the chang of AMY, MDA, in continuously 3 days,the obtained data carries on statistics processing.Results:1 The rats of the contrast team survive throughout; the time of the average life: 48.30±26.31 hours, mortality rate: 50% of the rats of the pancreatitis team; the time of the average life:68.00±9.24 hours, mortality rate: 20% of the TMP team .The time of average life and the mortality rate comparison of the TMP team and the pancreatitis team has the significance difference (P<0.05).2 The rats of the contrast team have no the obvious ascites agglomeration, the rats of the pancreatitis team and the TMP team have the faint yellow, the clear percolate after 3h, the two teams' abdomen water volume increases, for the light red, the pollution liquid after 6h, after 12h, 24h, the two teams' abdomen water volume further increases, but the pancreatitis team compared to the TMP team, the color is deeper, the abdomen water volume is more, between the two teams has the significance difference (P<0.05).3 The pathology change of the pancreatic organizations at the various time is more lightly, the TMP team compared to the pancreatitis team, the difference is most obvious by 3 h and 6 h. the grades according to the pathology are also lower than the pancreatitis team at 12h, 24h. but...
