Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Plan Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine For Chronic Heart Failure With Diuretic Resistance Based On Delphi Method

Objective: To investigate the key problems in the treatment of chronic heart failure with diuretics in the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine by Delphi method,and to develop the approved treatment plan in the industry,and to provide reference and basis for the development of the scientific and standard consensus of experts on the treatment of chronic heart failure with diuretics in the later stage.Methods: This study was conducted through the research and collation of the literature on chronic heart failure with diuretics resistance in the database of Zhiwang,Wanfang and VEP.On this basis,according to the treatment and treatment plan of chronic heart failure with diuretics resistance,a consensus assessment group and expert consultation group were set up,and an expert consultation questionnaire was designed.Delphi method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey to the experts in cardiovascular medicine of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.The questionnaire covers the concept of disease name,etiology and pathology,diagnosis and evaluation,treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,prevention and rehabilitation.After each round of questionnaire is recovered,the consensus assessment team will summarize and analyze the questionnaire to form the second round of expert consultation questionnaire.The statistical method includes descriptive analysis of the positive coefficient and basic situation of experts,and frequency analysis is used for each item of the questionnaire.Results: There were two rounds of expert consultation in this study,20 questionnaires and 15 questionnaires were collected respectively,and the positive coefficient of experts was 100%,which was highly authoritative and representative.After two rounds of expert questionnaire consultation,the diagnosis and treatment plan of chronic heart failure with diuretics resistance to the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was basically formulated:definition,name of TCM disease,etiology and pathology of Western medicine,pathogenesis of TCM etiology,diagnosis and evaluation,treatment strategy,syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM,prevention and treatment plan of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion: By using Delphi method to study the diagnosis and treatment scheme of chronic heart failure with diuretic resistance in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,we developed the "diagnosis and treatment scheme of chronic heart failure with diuretic resistance in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine"(Draft),which provides reference and basis for the later development of expert consensus.
