Cardiovascular disease has seriously threatened the health of the public. The most serious disease is coronary heart disease(CHD).Coronary artery atherosclerosis leads to stenosis or occlusion of arterial lumen, which leads to myocardial ischemia, hypoxia or necrosis, also known as ischemic heart disease(IHD).The China cardiovascular health and disease report published by China cardiovascular journal in 2021 shows that with the acceleration of China’s aging process, the incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases continues to increase, and the prevention and treatment of CHD is urgent.ObjectiveBased on the artificial intelligence method, this study retrospectively analyzed the electronic medical records of inpatients in Xiyuan Hospital,Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine from 2006 to 2015.Taking the treatment of CHD with integrated Chinese and Western medicine as an example,it scientifically and objectively analyzed the relevant data of CHD patients, analyzed and summarized the population characteristics, disease characteristics and integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease in Xiyuan Hospital; The multidimensional correlation analysis of "patient disease risk factors treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine" was carried out,and the decision tree model for the treatment of coronary heart disease with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was established.Research methodsTaking the inpatient electronic medical records of CHD patients in Xiyuan Hospital in the past 10 years as the research object, through the big data intelligent mining method, the NER algorithm is used to obtain the important entities in the medical record data, and the Apriori algorithm and R language drawing are used for descriptive analysis of the information. From the four dimensions of "patient disease risk factors traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment",the characteristics of CHD patients,as well as the risk factors, disease characteristics To establish the correlation model of CHD,and to explore the diagnosis and treatment mode of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine for CHD patients in Xiyuan Hospital.According to the discrete characteristics of patients, such as age, gender, diagnosis,TCM syndrome differentiation,K-means algorithm is used for clustering;K-shape algorithm is used to cluster the time series data of patients, such as the time of admission, the examination results of admission and discharge, and association rule mining algorithm is used to analyze the important characteristics of CHD patients. For the medical order data, firstly, the natural language processing method of Bert is used to identify the important entities in the medical order, such as disease diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and other important information, extract the key diagnostic features of patients, and carry out frequency based descriptive analysis. Finally, the R language is used to analyze the association rules of CHD patients’ information, and the decision tree model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for CHD patients is established.Results6681 inpatients with CHD were included in this study.1.population characteristics:there were 3796 male CHD patients(56.82%)more than female CHD patients; The age of onset is mainly concentrated in the middle-aged and elderly patients over 45 years old,of which the age group of 60-89 is the most.2.admission time:the distribution of CHD patients within 10 years was analyzed vertically(year)and horizontally(month). From 2006 to 2015,showed an upward trend. The largest number of patients was in April(628 cases,9.4%).The number of hospitalized patients on the solar term day accounted for 26.42%of the total number of CHD patients, among which the autumnal equinox, cold dew and the beginning of spring were more.3.disease characteristics:among 6681 CHD patients,6435 patients(94.97%)reported chest pain and precordial pain symptoms in the chief complaints; There were 2203 CHD patients with family history of coronary heart disease;959 cases had smoking history; There were 613 cases of drinking history.4543 patients(68.00%)had a history of hypertension,3791 patients(56.74%)had a history of diabetes, and 2362 patients(35.35%)had a history of hyperlipidemia.According to the diagnostic classification of CHD,there were 3099 cases of stable angina pectoris(46.39%),2566 cases of unstable angina pectoris(38.41%),and 827 cases of acute myocardial infarction(12.37%).The high incidence sites of myocardial infarction were anterior wall(237 cases),inferior wall(152 cases)and lateral wall(140 cases). There were 1898 cases(28.41%)of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.4.Western medicine treatment of CHD,686 cases of surgical treatment, drug treatment,3305 cases of aspirin(49.47%),3065 cases of nitrate drugs(45.88%).In terms of TCM treatment,1423 cases had complete TCM prescription information.Pinellia ternata,Trichosanthes and Allium macrostemon were the top three most commonly used single traditional Chinese medicine; The names of 1456 prescriptions were recorded. The most commonly used prescriptions were Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in 875 cases(13.10%).1932 cases were treated with Chinese patent medicines.Among the Chinese patent medicines(tablets/capsules),quick acting Jiuxin Pill was used most,1412 cases;Among the Chinese patent medicines(injections),there were 957 cases of Shuxuening.5.84 patients with CHD died, and the mortality was 1.26%.The causes of death can be divided into four categories:cardiogenic, pulmonary, cerebrovascular diseases and other causes of death.6.among 6681 CHD patients,3534(52.90%)were hospitalized for 11-20 days.7.there were 32 cases of adverse drug reactions in this study.8.the P values of TNT,CK-MB,myo,BNP and Fib in patients with myocardial infarction were<0.001;The p value of D-DI was<0.05,the data difference was statistically significant, but there was no significant clinical significance.9.establish the model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for myocardial infarction, stable angina pectoris and unstable angina pectoris.Conclusion1.risk factors:(1)over 45 years old, more males than females;(2)Incidence rate:family history of coronary heart disease>History of hypertension>History of Diabetes>hyperlipidemia. The incidence rate of both hypertension and hyperlipidemia was high;(3)Smoking history>drinking history.2.disease characteristics:(1)the most common symptoms are chest pain, chest tightness, accompanied by palpitations,dizziness,etc;(2)Western medicine differentiation:stable angina pectoris>unstable angina pectoris>acute myocardial infarction;(3)TCM syndrome differentiation:Qi deficiency and blood stasis>heart blood stasis>phlegm stagnation>deficiency of both qi and Yin>qi stagnation and blood stasis>cold coagulation of heart pulse>deficiency of heart and kidney Yin>deficiency of heart and kidney yang;(4)Location of myocardial infarction:anterior wall>inferior wall>lateral wall>high lateral wall>anterior septum>extensive anterior wall>posterior wall>right ventricle;(5)Cause of death:cardiogenic>pulmonary>cerebrovascular disease.3.carry out multi-dimensional analysis of "patient disease risk factors traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment",discuss the risk factors, disease characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease, traditional Chinese and Western medicine in Xiyuan Hospital, and summarize the diagnosis and treatment mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for different types and syndromes of coronary heart disease in Xiyuan Hospital.
