The Extraction And Validation On Chronic Heart Failure Patients With Multiple Inspection Information

Objective: Put forward the theoretical concept of multiple vision system for chronic heart failure,provide preliminary data for constructing a complete cardiovascular disease multi-disciplinary platform and explore reasonable verification methods to achieve risk assessment and provide for prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure.New ideas and used to aid in syndrome differentiation and prognosis.Methods:Based on the traditional Chinese medicine observation,this study has developed a preliminary screening table for multiple observations through literature search,clinical experience summarization and expert consultation.Conduct clinical observations for those who meet the inclusion criteria,fill out the preliminary screening form,and form a multi-view observation table for chronic heart failure through data analysis.Finally,assign the observation form and compare it with the diagnostic criteria specified in the guidelines.The specificity and sensitivity of the expectation indicators are used to determine the degree of association and consistency between the observation indicators and the guidelines,thus verifying the reliability of the multiple vision system for chronic heart failure.Results:After analysis,a total of 9 related observation items were obtained,and they were divided into three groups according to the OR valueand assigned: the first category was given 3 points(1 mountain root has folds;2 iris appeared in the old ring;3 earlobe has Guanxingou;4 hand squares have "ten" pattern);the second category gives 2 points(1 hand heart area three yellow and blue ribs floating;2 palm big fish have deep red spots);third Class gives 1 point(1 lifeline tail triangle or rice pattern;2 hand type square,finger end is thick;3 eyes appear black spots on the iris)Verification part: score is 11 as the cutoff value,≥ 11 is positive(+),<11 is negative(-).Conclusion:This study developed a multi-exposure index for chronic heart failure,and compared with the standard diagnosis prescribed in the guidelines,the correlation and consistency of the indicators with the diagnostic criteria were finally obtained.Studies have shown that the scale has a certain predictive value and can effectively carry out risk assessment of chronic heart failure,which can help doctors and even patients to detect and prevent chronic heart failure early.
