Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Method For Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (blood Stasis Syndrome) With Ovulatory Disorder

Objective:Based on the periodic changes of menstrual qixueyinyang,this topic compares the acupoint catgut embedding conditioning cycle method combined with the drug treatment group and the conventional drug treatment group to explore the clinical efficacy of the acupoint catgut embedding conditioning cycle method,and provides new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods:According to the random number table method,72 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding--ovulatory of blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding conditioning cycle method combined with fenmetone,the control group was treated with oral fenmetone,all treatments for 3 courses.Compare the TCM syndrome scores,five sex hormones and hemoglobin changes of the two groups before and after treatment.Compare the biphasic rate of basal body temperature(BBT)curve,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate during follow-up between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results:1.TCM Syndrome Score:Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment decreased(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods have curative effects;2.Hemoglobin:Compared with before treatment,the hemoglobin of the two groups of patients after treatment increased(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods can improve anemia;comparing the hemoglobin of the two groups after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group improved anemia better than the control group;3.Five sex hormones:There was no statistically significant difference in LH,T,PRL indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the FSH of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);E₂increased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the changes in sex hormones between the two groups after treatment were compared,and there was no statistical difference in FSH,LH,T,and PRL indicators between the two groups after treatment Scientific significance(P>0.05),the E2 level of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Overall efficacy:Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.88%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.55%,indicating that the overall efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group;5.The biphasic rate of basal body temperature(BBT)curve:The BBT biphasic rate after treatment in the observation group was 75%,and the biphasic rate in the control group was 66.66%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);6.The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,indicating that the observation group has high safety and good long-term efficacy.Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding conditioning cycle method combined with fenmetone therapy in the treatment of blood stasis-type abnormal uterine bleeding--ovulatory patients have significant curative effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of irregular menstruation,improve anemia,improve E₂and FSH levels in the body,and promote the restoration of ovulation function.Compared with drug therapy alone,it is safer,can reduce the adverse effects of hormone therapy,and has better long-term efficacy.
