The Correlation Characteristics Of Ovulatory Dysfuction Related Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Syndrome And Research On The Hemostasis Mechanism Of Qingre Hemostatic Method

Objective:1.Observing and analyzing the characteristics of syndromes in patients with uterine bleeding during uterine bleeding;2.Exploring the phlegm and blood stasis method in the uterus of rats with phlegm-heating uterine bleeding Inhibition of phenotypic transformation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC)clarifies its hemostatic mechanism.Methods: 1.Clinical observation study: Using the questionnaire method,no less than 380 clinical cases were included in the study.Based on the previous study,the “Blind Clinical Investigation Form” was used to report general information,menstrual conditions,symptoms and symptoms of patients with uterine bleeding.The collection of relevant information such as physical signs,using data mining methods to calculate the distribution rules and associated features of each syndrome.2.Study on hemostasis mechanism in animal experiments: 32 SD female rats were randomly divided into four groups:disease syndrome combined model group(estrogen + copper coated rod),low dose Gongning granule gavage model group,high dose Gongning The granule gavage model group and the blank control group,8 rats in each group were taken for endometrial tissue.The expression of NF-κB,IL-1 and TGF-β protein in VSMC was detected by ELISA.Rho A was detected by Q-PCR.The expression level ofRho B m RNA was analyzed comprehensively.Results: 1.Clinical observation study: A total of 388 clinical cases were collected.The most frequently occurring symptoms were fatigue,fatigue,forgetfulness,upset,irritability,back pain,multiple dreams,shortness of breath,and clots.The blood color is bright red,etc.The most relevant syndrome combination is “sufficient + god fatigue”,“weakness +forgetfulness”,“shortness lazy words + fatigue”,etc.2.Animal experiment hemostasis mechanism research:The expressions of transcription factor κB,interleukin-1 and transforming growth factor-β were significantly different between the Chinese medicine group and the syndrome-binding model group in different doses of Gongning granules(P<0.05),Rho A and Rho B.There was a statistically significant difference between the high-dose gavage group and the model group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the low-dose gavage group and the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Patients with uterine bleeding have a certain correlation rule in the syndrome of bleeding,and grasp the inevitable characteristics of syndrome association,which is helpful to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment.2.Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and blood stasis and stopping bleeding can down-regulate the related factors(NF-κB、IL-1、TGF-β、Rho A&Rho B)in endometrial VSMC;These factors could affect the downstream key signal transduction pathway,resulting in abnormal vascular smooth muscle function,which may be one of the mechanisms of AUB.
