Objective:In this paper,Yang deficiency and blood stasis is an important pathogenesis of ischemic stroke recovery period.The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Huanwu prescription in treatment of ischemic stroke convalescent stage with Yang deficiency and blood stasis,so as to provide a basis for the clinical use.Methods:From December 2019-January 2021,60 patients treated in Changsha traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.Each group was 30 cases.The control group was treated with routine western medicine combined with limb hemiplegia function training,the treatment group added Wenyang Huanwu prescription on the basis of the control group for 28 consecutive days.The changes of neurological deficit score,TCM syndrome score,daily life activity score and coagulation index before and after treatment were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in sex,age,course of disease,complicated disease and condition(P>0.05),which was comparable.Compared with pre-treatment,both groups improved the degree of TCM syndrome,reduced neurological defects,improved daily life activity(P<0.05),extended PT、APTT,reduced FIB(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the control group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 90.00%,the control group was 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ischemic stroke recovery period with Yang deficiency and blood stasis by Wenyang Huanwu prescription has remarkable curative effect.It can not only improve TCM syndromes,reduce the degree of neurological deficit,improve the ability of daily life,but also have a positive effect on coagulation function.The safety is good and there is no obvious side effect.
