Clinical Observation Of Xugu Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Postoperative Swelling And Pain Of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective: To observe whether patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur after PFNA,given Xuguhuoxue Decoction combined with physical therapy and western medicine treatment,is more advantageous than physical therapy and western medicine treatment alone.This test shows that TCM syndrome differentiation is in clinical practice.The therapeutic significance provides a certain factual basis for the feasibility of the use of Chinese and Western medicine in clinical treatment,so that Chinese medicine can be further promoted in clinical treatment.Method: A total of 60 patients with intertrochanteric fractures after PFNA that met the standard were selected.According to the Doll’s table,they were randomly divided into a test group and a control group with 30 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment(cold compress with ice pack,elevation of the affected limb,oral administration).Celecoxib,subcutaneous injection of nadroparin calcium,intravenous infusion of mannitol,etc.),the test group was given conventional treatment plus oral Xuguhuoxue Decoction.After 7 days of treatment,two groups of patients were observed.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,the difference in circumference,and the TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients were improved compared with that before the treatment,and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group of 82.76%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the safety indicators did not change significantly during the treatment.Conclusion: Xuguhuoxue Decoction combined with conventional treatment can better treat postoperative pain and swelling in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.It can improve the TCM syndromes of patients before and after treatment,improve the quality of life,and the medication is safe and reliable.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
