Treatment Of PFNA Internal Fixation Combined With Huoxue Zhitong Decoction Clinical Study On The Effect Of Swelling And Pain After Operation Of Type A2 Intertrochanteric Fracture Of Femur

Research purpose:At present,the conventional methods for the treatment of postoperative swelling and pain of fracture arc mainly oral analgesic drugs and external analgesic sticks,but the effective analgesic time of drugs is limited and the side effects of analgesic sticks are large,so the use of Chinese medicine has attracted more attention.In order to better promote the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,this study combined PFNA internal fixation with Huoxue Zhitong decoction in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric A2 type fracture postoperative swelling and pain effect,to provide a reliable basis for clinical application.Method:According to the inclusion criteria,80 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopaedics and traumatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2019 to January 2020 due to type A2 intertrochanteric fracture were selected.The syndrome types of the patients were qi stagnation and blood stasis type.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with routine treatment after operation plus Huoxue Zhitong decoction,and the control group was treated with routine treatment after operation,each group was 40 Case.The patients in the two groups were all patients with type A2 intertrochanteric fractures.After hospitalization,PFNA internal fixation was performed for intertrochanteric fractures.In order to prevent the deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity,the patients in both groups were given low molecular weight heparin sodium subcutaneously for q12h after operation to avoid the influence of thrombosis on the research results.Treatment group:after the operation,from the first day after the operation,on the basis of routine fluid infusion and anti infection treatment in orthopaedics department,the patients began to take Huoxue Zhitong decoction,one dose a day,one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening,for 12 consecutive days.Note:the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine is provided by the traditional Chinese medicine room of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine and made by the decoction room.Control group:routine rehydration in orthopedics to prevent infection.The age,gender,injury site,swelling degree,detumescence rate,time of dermatoglyphics,VAS pain score,and activity degree of active hip joint bending were compared between the two groups.Finally,the statistical software spss19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:All 80 patients completed the clinical research.There was no significant difference in age and gender between the experimental group and the control group.According to the statistical data of the 3rd,6th,9th and 12th day after operation,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)the swelling degree score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)the swelling reduction rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)the appearance time of dermatoglyphics in the experimental group was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05);(4)according to the VAS score,the analgesic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);(5)the main effect The activity of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).All the data showed that the experimental group had a better effect in promoting the early treatment after operation,and had advantages in the treatment of swelling and pain after operation.Discussion:According to the statistical data after operation,we can get the difference of treatment effect.The treatment effect of the experimental group is better,which can reduce the postoperative pain and accelerate the regression of postoperative swelling of the affected limb.Therefore,Huoxue Zhitong decoction has better clinical effect in the treatment of swelling and pain after PFNA internal fixation for A2 type fracture of intertrochanteric femur.
