Clinical Observation Of Qili Powder In Treating Elderly Patients With Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Postoperative Swelling And Pain (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Qili Powder for internal and external application on swelling and pain of affected limb after femoral intertrochanteric fracture surgeryMethods:he 60 patients with swollen and painful limbs after the operation of intertrochanteric fractures were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method.On the premise of basic treatment,30 of the treatment groups were treated with Qili powder.In the control group,30 cases of Yunnan Baiyao capsule(Yunnan Baiyao Group Co.,Ltd.produced the standard Z53020799 standard0.25 g)were treated with external application,and the measured data were recorded before,after 3 days,and after 1 week,respectively.Statistical treatment of the patients' peri-limb diameter difference and postoperative pain VAS score,The swelling,pain and ecchymosis points,total points before and after the treatment of Chinese medicine symptoms,and laboratory inflammatory indicators were compared and analyzed.The adverse effects of drugs and toxic side effects were observed to evaluate the clinical effect of QI Li's internal external application on the swollen limbs after the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.Results:In this study,60 patients with intertrochanteric fractures(30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group)were included.Results Only 58 patients(29 in the treatment group and 29 in the control group)entered the statistical analysis.Through statistical analysis,the age,sex ratio,fracture site,time spent in surgery,fracture AO classification,postoperative drainage and other basic data,There was no significant statistical significance in the two groups(P > 0.05).In terms of circumference difference,pain VAS score,swelling score,and inflammation index,the two groups were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the group was compared before treatment,3 days after treatment,and 7 days after treatment.Statistical significance(P<0.05);In terms of pressure pain and plaque score,the twogroups were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the groups before treatment,3 days after treatment,and 7 days after treatment(P> 0.05);There were significant differences in total TCM scores before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the group before and after 7 days of treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Qilisan oral and external application has better effect on detumescence and pain relief for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after operation.Cotton thread can improve the degree of swelling and pain of local soft tissue,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.It reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating fracture after operation and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
