Clinical Study Of Jianpi Yishen Formula Combined With CHOP Regimen In The Treatment Of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (Qi And Blood Deficiency Type)

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen Decoction Combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of non Hodgkin's lymphoma(Qi and blood deficiency type).Objective to provide theoretical and practical reference for the standardized treatment of non Hodgkin's lymphoma with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: From December 2019 to December 2020,60 patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases of Jianpi Yishen combined with CHOP chemotherapy)and control group(30 cases of conventional CHOP chemotherapy),After 4 cycles of treatment,12 cases fell off,48 cases were actually enrolled in this study,24 cases in the treatment group and 24 cases in the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated,and the differences of TCM symptom score,KPS score,serum LDH value,hemoglobin value,leukocyte value and platelet value were observed.Statistical analysis was performed by spss21.0,P<0.05,with statistical difference.Results: 1.Evaluation of clinical efficacy of Western medicine:after 4 cycles of treatment,in the treatment group,there were5 cases of Cr(20.83%),6 cases of CRU(25.00%),9 cases of PR(37.50%),4 cases of recurrence/progression(16.67%),and the overall remission rate was 83.33%;in the control group,there were3 cases of Cr(12.50%),9 cases of CRU(37.50%),7 cases of PR(29.17%),5 cases of recurrence/progression(20.83%),and the overall remission rate was 79.17%.By rank sum test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,it can be explained that the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in the clinical efficacy of Western medicine.2.Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was95.8%,and that of the control group was 50.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.KPS score: after treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group was(68.33±13.41),and that of the control group was(65.00±13.18),After treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group P>0.05,suggesting no statistical significance,indicating that the quality of life of the two groups after treatment is not significantly different,compared with before treatment,the treatment group P>0.05,the control group P<0.05,indicating that the quality of life of the treatment group after treatment is more stable,while the quality of life of the control group has a significant difference,which is lower than before treatment.4.Serum LDH: after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,by independent sample t test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing serum LDH.5.Blood routine: the average value of WBC,Hb and PLT in the treatment group were(4.23±1.07)×109/L,(107.13±17.96)g/Land(214.75±47.76)×109/L,respectively;while the average value of WBC,Hb and PLT in the control group were(3.16± 0.73)×109/L,(87.21±14.41)g/L and(87.21±14.41)g/L,respectively The average value was(168.42±47.65)×109/ L;compared with the two groups,the peripheral blood picture of the control group decreased significantly,but the blood picture of the treatment group did not change significantly,the t test showed that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving blood picture.Before and after treatment,AST,alt,bun,Cr values of the patients did not change significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Jianpi Yishen Decoction Combined with CHOP chemotherapy can not only improve the clinical efficacy of patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma of Qi and blood deficiency type,but also improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,stabilize the quality of life,reduce serum LDH and improve blood picture.2.2.Jianpi Yishen formula can stabilize the quality of life of patients and improve the dependence of patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
