Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Filiform Fire Needling Therapy In The Treatment Of Lymphedema After Breast Cancer Surgery

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of milled fire needle therapy on lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,and compare the results of needle fire therapy and ordinary acupuncture therapy to find a more effective treatment method to guide clinical treatment,and popularize this clinical experience on this basis.Method: The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases in the filiform fire acupuncture treatment group)and the control group(30 cases in the ordinary acupuncture treatment group).The changes of circumference,upper limb dysfunction score and quality of life score were recorded before and after treatment.After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate and safety were compared.Statistical software spss26.0 was used for data analysis.Results:(1)Comparison of the circumference of the affected side and the healthy side of the upper limb: after treatment,the difference of the circumference of the affected side and the healthy side of the upper limb in the two groups was significantly reduced(P < 0.01),and the difference of the circumference of the affected side in the two groups before and after treatment was 2.61 ± 0.90cm?1.97 ± 43 cm,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of upper limb dysfunction score: the comparison of upper limb dysfunction score between the two groups before and after treatment was P< 0.01,and the comparison between the two groups after treatment and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was P< 0.01.(3)Comparison of quality of life scores: after treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,in which the scores of items "physiological state","functional state","additional attention" and total score before and after treatment were compared,P< 0.05,and the curative effect of the observation group was better.(4)the total effective rate: a comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups based on the degree of reduction in the upper limb and the contralateral circumference difference,P<0.05.(5)In terms of safety evaluation,in the treatment,there was 1 case of mild hematoma in the filiform fire acupuncture group and 1 case of mild needle syncope in the ordinary acupuncture group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Milled fire needle therapy has a better effect on lymphedema after breast cancer surgery than conventional acupuncture.(2)Milled fire needle therapy has a certain application value in the treatment of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.
