Clinical Observation Of Shirigu Zhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Radicular Sciatica Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:Through randomized controlled clinical trials,observe and record VAS score and JOA score in treating root sciatica of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,analyze the changes of relevant data before and after treatment,calculate the total effective rate of clinical treatment,and preliminarily evaluate the clinical efficacy of Kaogu Zhitong Decoction in treating root sciatica of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods: A total of 66 patients with root sciatica of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were included in this trial.Among them,8 cases require traditional Chinese medicine treatment,6 cases require western medicine treatment,and the remaining52 cases are divided into two group.The treatment group has 34 people who are treated with traditional Chinese medicine.32 patients in western medicine control group were treated with oral vitamin B12+ mecobalamin for 4 weeks(28 days).In the research process,if the subjects encounter special problems,they should inform the researchers in time,and the researchers should take relevant measures in time.The observation indexes were VAS visual pain score,JOA low back pain score scale,and curative effect standard made by referring to "Diagnostic Efficacy Standard of TCM Syndrome" and JOA score scale.Observation time point: before treatment and after treatment for 4 weeks(28 days).Through statistical analysis of the recorded data,the differences between the two groups before and after treatment and between different treatment methods were compared.Results:Among the 66 cases included,3 cases fell off in the treatment group and 2 cases fell off in the control group.A total of 61 cases completed treatment.In the treatment group,18 cases met the cure standard,7 cases were markedly effective,3cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 90%.In the control group,13 cases reached the standard of curative effect,8 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%.The total effective rate of the two groups reached 90%,and both groups were effective in treating root sciatica.After treatment,the VAS scores of treatment group and control group were compared,and the improvement of pain in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group(P < 0.001).Comparing the JOA scores of the two groups,the improvement of symptoms,signs and activities of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.001).Conclusion:Guagu Zhitong Decoction and vitamin mecobalamin+ibuprofen are effective in treating root sciatica.Guagu Zhitong Decoction is superior to western medicine control group in reducing pain,improving symptoms and signs,and improving activity function.There was no difference in safety index between the two groups.Tugu Zhitong Decoction is effective,safe and reliable in treating root sciatica of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and can be further popularized and used clinically.
