Research On The Academic Thought Of Zhonghe Syndrome Differentiation By Sun Guangrong, A Master Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Systematically excavate and summarize the neutralizing syndrome differentiation ideas of professor Sun Guangrong in order to research on the content and clinical application of neutral syndrome differentiation,explore new ideas for diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the inheritance and development of national Chinese medicine master and the famous in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Through the methods of literature investigation,lecture interview,and learning from teachers,the part of neutralizing syndrome differentiation put forward by professor Sun Guangrong for 60 years of clinical work is sorted out and consolidated.By retrieving databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,CQVIP,Pub Med,Duxiu,Superstar Discovery and other databases,a total of 31 books,170 academic papers,42 newspaper articles and 10 speech reports by professor Sun Guangrong were collected.Based on this,the contents of neutralization dialectical thought are screened out,summarized and refined,so as to make a systematic study on professor Sun Guangrong's thought of neutralization dialectics.Results: Through sorting out,analyzing and summarizing,this paper determines the content and 20 dialectical elements of professor Sun Guangrong's neutralizing syndrome differentiation.The deliberative process of neutralizing syndrome differentiation can be divided into three steps: syndrome differentiation through four diagnostics,finding the etiology and clarifying the pathogenesis.The 20 kinds of dialectical elements by step one include 10 kinds of general dialectical elements and 10 kinds of important dialectical elements.10 kinds of general dialectical elements,namely,season,men and women,young and old,dry and wet,tired and comfortable,widowed,birth,old and new,rich and poor,smooth and not smooth.10 kinds of important dialectical elements,namely,spirit and body,healthy energy-evil struggle,Yin and Yang,inside and outside,cold and heat,positive deficiency and evil sthenia,principal and inferior syndromes,symptoms and root,reverse and favourable case,life and death.The cognitive mode,critical point,position and clinical significance of 20 kinds of dialectical elements are analyzed.Step two focus on Qi and blood,viscera,Qi movement.The contents of neutralizing Syndrome differentiation by step three mainly include neutralization of air movement,neutralization of Yin and Yang,coordination of the five elements of birth and restraint,neutralization of qi and blood in the meridian,neutralization of natural environment,neutralization of social environment,neutralization of diet,feelings are neutralized,labors are neutralized.Conclusion: There are three main characteristics of Professor Sun Guangrong's academic thought of neutralizing syndrome differentiation: With "neutralization" unchanged to respond to all changes,from the point of view of " disharmony " to examine and syndrome differentiation,that is,to examine the location of "disharmony" and try to identify the etiology and pathogenesis of "disharmony";The 20 kinds of dialectical elements cover all the key points of neutralizing differentiation of symptoms and signs,and can be said to be simple to control complex;From syndrome differentiation through four diagnostics to finding the etiology and from finding the etiology to clarifying the pathogenesis,this process is logical,clear and easy to master and use.The content of neutralizing Syndrome differentiation fully embody professor Sun Guangrong's thought of neutralization,which can effectively guide clinical practice and expand the thinking and direction of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis.It has positive significance to promote the development of the research on the memory inheritance of national Chinese medicine masters and famous Chinese medicine practitioners.
