Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of dynamic and static combination of bone injury in traditional Chinese medicine, and on the basis of posterior approach decompression and bilateral pedicle screw internal fixation, this subject adopts the same bone graft fusion method to explore the optimal scheme of postoperative spinal function rehabilitation for patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, and observe the initial clinical effect of patients,so as to make an objective and scientific evaluation of the efficacy. Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,60 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected. All of the above patients have not been relieved after a long time of conservative treatment before this hospitalization,or the relief is not obvious, and have not been affected by the treatment methods and prescriptions within 3 weeks before this treatment. All of them were L4/5 single segment and required to be hospitalized for surgical treatment.60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with bilateral pedicle screw system internal fixation and interbody cage allogeneic bone graft fusion. In the treatment group, the patients were given rehabilitation exercise according to the theory of combination of movement and static. The patients in the control group were instructed to take the rehabilitation exercise of straight leg raising and conventional medication.Observation of efficacy index:Curative effect:the improvement of symptoms and lumbar and back function after operation;Safety:pedicle screw system, cage and other implants loose, broken and fall off rate;Others:ROM measurement. Results:There were 30 patients in the treatment group, including 13 males and 17 females, with an average age of 49.2±10.3 1 years and an average course of 17.93±8.90 months. There were 30 patients in the control group,18 males and 12 females, with an average age of 48.13±7.70 years and an average duration of 17.73±8.58 months. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05)(P<0.05);ODI index score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the total score of TCM syndrome was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,the effective rate of the control group was 70%,the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the last follow-up of the two groups, the implants such as pedicle screw system and cage were not loose, broken or dropped. Conclusion:Based on the theory of dynamic and static rehabilitation,it is helpful for the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis to recover their spinal function, shorten the time of rehabilitation, enhance the stability of the spine, have significant effect and high safety. It is worth further study.
