Observation On The Curative Effect Of Cervical Intervertebral Foramen Massage Combined With Chaige Zhijing Decoction In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type With Wind-cold Obstruction Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of cervical intervertebral foramina pressing and kneading combined with Chaige Zhijing Decoction in the treatment of radiculopathy of wind-cold block syndrome,in order to provide patients with more effective treatment options.Methods: According to the time of patients' visit,60 patients with radiculopathy of wind-cold arthritis obstruction who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group(cervical intervertebral for amina massage combined with oral Chaige Zhijing Decoction)and control group according to the number random table method.Group(Oral Chaige Zhijing Decoction),30 cases in each group.Both the treatment group and the control group were treated for 2 weeks.After the treatment,the total PRI score,VAS score,PPI score,and cervical spondylopathy efficacy score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the therapeutic efficacy was analyzed.SPSS25.0 statistical data was used for analysis.Results:1.Comparison of PRI,VAS,PPI and cervical spondylosis efficacy scores between the two groups of patients.The difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable;after treatment,the two groups of patients were PRI,VAS,PPI And the cervical spondylosis curative effect scores were reduced compared with those before treatment.Compared between the two groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two treatments can reduce the patients' PRI,VAS,PPI and cervical spondylosis curative effect scores;two After treatment of the patients in the treatment group,compared with the control group,the PRI,VAS,PPI and cervical spondylosis curative effect scores were reduced more significantly(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which proved that the treatment grouphad better curative effect than the control group.Conclusion:Cervical intervertebral foramina massage combined with oral administration of Chaige Zhijing Decoction in the treatment group is moreeffective than the control group,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
