| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Liangying Jiedu Recipe in treating rash caused by heat toxin after targeted therapy for malignant tumor,and to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of rash caused by targeted drugs,so as to ensure the smooth progress and completion of targeted therapy for tumor patients.Methods: From January 2020 to December 2020,60 inpatients and outpatients in the Department of Oncology(Guanghua Campus)of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups by statistical analysis software,with 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.The treatment group was given the self-made Liangying Jiedu prescription.The control group was given loratadine tablets citrate orally.The treatments of the two groups took 7 days as a course of treatment,and two consecutive courses of treatment were observed.After 2courses of treatment,compare the grading of targeted drug-related skin rashes,TCM syndrome scores and QOL scores,as well as changes in laboratory-related safety indicators before and after treatment in the two groups of cases,and use SPSS23.0 statistical software to perform data analysis.Results:1.Clinical efficacy of targeted drug-related rash: After treatment,the rash classification of the two groups of patients was lower than that before treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.57% and that of the control group was 60.71%.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The effect of the group is better than that of the control group.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 89.29%,and that of the control group was 64.29%.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the self-made Liangying Jiedu Decoction treats the syndrome of accumulation of heat and toxins The effect is better than that of desloratadine citrate tablets.3.Quality of life score: There was no significant difference in QOL scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the QOL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Safety evaluation: There were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,liver and kidney function in the two groups,no statistical significance before and after treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period.which indicated that the designed medication was safe and reliable.Conclusion: Self-made Liangying Jiedu Prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with rash caused by heat toxin accumulation caused by targeted therapy,reduce the clinical grade of drug-related rash after targeted drug therapy,improve the quality of life of patients with rash,and so far no obvious toxic and side effects have been found in clinical practice,and it is worthy of promotion and use in clinical treatment. |
