Clinical Observation Of Ningxintie Combined With Guipi Decoction In The Treatment Of Bradyarrhythmia With Qi And Blood Deficiency With Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Ningxin Acupoint Application on BA(Bradycardiac arrhythmia).Methods:Using a central random system,with 60 patients of qi and biood deficiencyin patients with BA as the research object,the treatment group and control group each of 30 cases.The control group was treated with Guipi Decoctong and placebo;the treatment group was treated with Guipi Decoctong and Ningxin Acupoint Application.After two weeks of treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes?heart rate change and ECG in two groups of patients were analyzed and their safety was evaluated.Results:Integral of TCM syndrome:treatment group(83.3%)was better than control group(43.33%),with statistical difference(P<0.05);Total score of TCM syndrome:treatment group was better than control group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001);Single symptom of TCM:treatment group was better than control group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05);The total effective rate of ECG efficacy:treatment group(76.66%)can singnificantly increased heart rate than control group(50.00%),with no statistical difference(P<0.05);The heart rate measurement:treatment group was batter than control group,with no statistical difference(P<0.05,~?P<0.05);During the treatment,all cases were not appear adverse reaction.Conclusion:Ningxin Acupoint Application was effective in treating Bradycardiac arrhythmia.It can improve TCM syndromes,and has a good security.
