Objective: To expore the effect of bradycardiac arrhythmia on cognitive function in patients, compare of cognitive function in patients with bradycardiac arrhythmia after pacemaker implanted,to find factors affecting cognitive function and independent risk factors. Methods:Case group collect 60 patients with bradycardiac arrhythmia(AVB?SSS)from The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2015.9 to2017.11.The control group was randomly collect 60 patients with non arrhythmia at the same period of the physical examination subjects with similar age and degree of education, two groups were assessed by cognitive function using MMSE and MoCA respectively, case group with double-chamber pacemaker implanted after 3 months, use MoCA again to assess cognitive function, analysis cognitive function changes after treatment,to expore factors affecting cognitive function and independent risk factors. Results : There were no significant difference in general condition and assessment between the two groups(P>0.05),There were significant difference in MMSE and MoCA score between the two groups(P<0.05),the cognitive function of patients after pacemaker implanted were improved, especially in visual space and executive, language, naming and directional ability were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with bradycardiac arrhythmia cognitive function were decreased, and part of cognitive function were improved after pacemaker implanted,Age,Education,Hypertension,Diabetes and CHD were the factors affecting cognitive function,of which educational level and age may be independent risk factors.
