| Objective: Through the use of Jiawei Qingxin Lianzi Decoction to treat type 2 diabetic patients,explore the TCM symptoms,signs,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids,serum insulin,and insulin resistance index after pre-treatment.(HOMA-IR)and other laboratory indicators to observe the effectiveness and safety of Jiawei Qingxin Lianzi Decoction in clinical application,and provide effective treatment methods and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods: The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were screened as needed,that is,those who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by Western medicine and were diagnosed as qi and yin deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the number of visits,and on the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with basic treatment + metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Qingxin Lianzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The basic treatment included rational planning of diabetic diet,scientific guidance of exercise methods for diabetic patients,and diabetic health education.The total course of treatment is 12 weeks,divided into 3 courses,and 1 course is divided into 4 weeks.After the treatment,the clinical application of Jiawei Qingxin Lianzi Decoction will be explored by comparing the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients and the changes in related laboratory indicators.Effectiveness of application.Results:1.Comparison of the total effective rate of the two groups of patients before and after treatment: In this clinical study,the total effective rate of the two groups of patients in the treatment group reached83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was only 56.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),through the comparison of the total effective rate,it is found that the treatment group is higher than the control group.2.Compare the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients:compare the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment with those before treatment(P <0.05),and compare the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment.(P <0.05),the difference is statistically significant.In the improvement of TCM syndromes,the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Compare the blood glucose of the two groups of patients: After treatment,the FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P <0.05),and the improvement of blood glucose level in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05),The difference is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group and the control group have hypoglycemic effects,and the treatment group is better than the control group in regulating blood sugar.4.Compare the blood lipids of the two groups of patients: TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P <0.05),and the improvement of blood lipid levels in the treatment group was better than that of the control Group(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both the treatment group and the control group had lipid-lowering effects,and the lipid-lowering effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Comparing the fasting serum insulin and insulin resistance index of the two groups of patients: FINS and HOMA-IR of the two groups of patients after treatment were not significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P >0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,showing that Jiawei Qingxin Lianzi Decoction is in The effect of improving fasting serum insulin and insulin resistance index levels is not obvious.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,Jiawei Qingxinlianziyin has a significant effect;significantly improves the clinical symptoms and signs of the patient;effectively reduces the patient's blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid levels,but has no significant effect on pancreatic islet function.In this clinical observation and study,the quality of life of patients was effectively improved to a certain extent,and only 3 patients had mild adverse reactions,manifested as mild gastrointestinal discomfort,and clinical medication was safe. |
