Curative Effect Of Modified Qingxin Lianzi Receipt On Henoch Schonlein Purpura Nephritis Proteinuria(Qi-yin Deficiency Syndrome)in Children

Objective:The paper through the clinical observation and data analysis of modified Qingxinlianziyin in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein Purpura Nephritis Isolated Proteinuria of Qi-Yin deficiency type.To analyze curative the possibility and safety.Methods:Sixty patients with HSPN were selected as the objects of observation.The children who met the standard were divided into two groups with 30 people in each group.The experimental group was treated with modified Qingxinlianziyin and the control group was treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablet for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes of the two groups were recorded,and statistical analysis was carried out to obtain preliminary treatment effect and safety evaluation.Results:1.The children and their parents were easy to accept the experimental scheme,with good compliance,no shedding and exclusion of cases,so the final in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group;2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and that in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the single score of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,the scores of asthenia,dry mouth,lack of fluid,less complexion,and self-perspiration and night perspiration in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),in skin purpura,hand There was no significant difference in foot heart heat,waist and knee tenderness,bone steaming and hot flashes(P>0.05);3.Comparison of laboratory efficacy indexes:after treatment,the two groups can significantly improve the quality of urine protein(P<0.01),the experimental group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups can significantly improve the 24-hour urine protein quantity(P<0.05),the difference is not statistically significant The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Comparison of recurrence:in the recurrence,the experimental group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Safety indexes:No serious adverse events occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:1.The modified Qingxinlianziyin is superior to nephritis rehabilitation tablet in improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine of children with purpura and deficiency of qi and Yin;2.The modified Qingxinlianziyin is better than nephritis rehabilitation tablet in improving the quality of urine protein and Microalbumin;3.The recurrence rate of children in the modified Qingxinlianziyin group was lower than that in the nephritis rehabilitation tablet group.
