Clinical Observation Of Qingxin Lianzi Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris Combined With Depression (the Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin)

Objective: Observing the clinical effects after drinking Qing Xin Lian Zi Yin Herbal decoction for coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and Depression(Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome),to evaluate its safety and to explore the mechanism and effective methods of TCM treatment of CHD patients with depression.Methods:Divide the 60 patients into two groups according to random number table.The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy(Deanxit);30 cases in treatment group,based on routine treatment combined with Chinese herbal medicine of Qing Xin Lian Zi Yin Herbal decoction decoction,4 weeks.Compare the effect of treating angina?symptoms score,etc,using statistical methods.Results:1.In the improvement of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group,therefore,treatment group was obvious advantages.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.2.In the reduction rate of HAMD scale.The scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased at the same level.3.The Seattle Angina questionnaire(SAQ)scores improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05),especially in the aspects of angina stablity(AS),angina frequency(AF)and treatment satisfaction(TS).4.CRP: There was a significant difference in CRP between the two groups before and after the trial(p<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Qing Xin Lian Zi Yin Herbal decoction has a good efficiency on coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with Depression(Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome).It can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of angina pectoris,having no obivious side effects.However,in view of the small sample size of this study,the lack of multi-centerd and large sample experiments,clinical promotion needs further study.
