| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wuling powder and Shixiao powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure due to water retention and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: The patients in the cardiovascular department of Hunan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected to meet the criteria of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.According to the random digital table,the subjects were divided into two groups: control group and treatment group,each group was 30 cases.The control group was treated with traditional western medicine.The treatment group added Wuling powder and Shixiao powder on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 28 days.The cardiac color Doppler index,NT-pro BNP,six minute walking experiment,blood lipid routine,Lee score,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared before and after the treatment.Results: There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and other general information between the two groups(P > 0.05);After treatment,there were significant differences in cardiac color Doppler ultrasound,NT pro BNP,6-minute walk test,Lee’s score,TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome score and blood lipid(P < 0.05),and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group;During the observation period,there were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05),so the results of adverse reactions in the two groups were consistent.Conclusion: Wuling powder and Shixiao powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with water retention and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and heart failure has a good effect,compared with simple western medicine treatment has exact advantages,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,effectively improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function,the treatment process is safe,less side effects. |
