The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Formula By Jiawei Shixiao Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Shixiao Powder in the treatment of angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and to explore its possible mechanism of action,so as to provide more interventions for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis were diagnosed in a cardiology department of the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The diagnosis was consistent with stable angina.Signed informed consent was signed.All patients have been treated with standardized Western medicine(including anti-platelet aggregation,lipid-lowering,etc.).Two groups of patients were randomly divided into a test group and a control group,each with 30 persons.The experimental group took the Jiawei Shixiao Powder r(composed of Puhuang?Wulingzhi?Gualou?Xiebai?Danshen?Danggui?Hongjingtian and Huangqi)on the basis of standardized Western medicine treatment,one dose per day.The control group only took western medicine.After 8 weeks of treatment,compare the number of episodes and degree of angina pectoris,whether the main clinical symptoms and signs improved,the changes of syndrome scores before and after treatment.Observed changes in the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,cystatin C,superoxide dismutase,and nitrogen and if its efficacy and safety indicators,including blood,liver and kidney function have significant changes.Results:The number and degree of angina pectoris in the experimental group were significantly reduced,and the improvement in Jiawei Shixiaosan group was more obvious(P<0.05);both the efficacy and the scores of TCM syndrome were improved in both groups,and the experimental group was superior to the control group and had statistical significance.The difference(P<0.05);the content of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and cystatin C was decreased,and the serum levels of superoxide dismutase and serum nitric oxide were elevated,which was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Good clinical efficacy,blood routine indicators WBC,RBC,PLT and liver and kidney function indicators ALT,BUN,Cr had no significant changes before and after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that this side has good safety,can be in clinical Promote use.Conclusion:Jiawei Shixiao Powder has achieved good clinical curative effect in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.It can reduce the number and degree of angina pectoris,improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,increase the content of superoxide dismutase and serum nitric oxide,and decrease the content of superoxide dismutase.The levels of C-reactive protein and cystatin C may be related to their ability to interfere with inflammatory reactions,scavenge free radicals,and reduce atherosclerosis.This side has a good efficacy and safety,clinical efficacy is satisfactory,has promotion value,can provide more methods and ideas for the treatment of angina pectoris with Chinese medicine.
