Clinical Observation Of Modified Chaihu Qinggan Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Progressive Granulomatous Mastitis Of Liver Stagnation And Heat

Objective: By comparing the changes of TCM syndrome score of patients with acute progressive granulomatous mastitis of stagnation heat type before and after treatment with Chaihu Qinggan Decoction and hormone,and the differences of tumor size,pain degree,TCM syndrome score,effective rate and white blood cell count between the two groups after treatment,the curative effect of Chaihu Qinggan Decoction on this disease was determined.Methods: Methods: 60 patients with acute progressive granulomatous mastitis of liver stagnation heat type were randomly divided into Chaihu Qinggan Decoction group(experimental group)and hormone group(control group)from December 2019 to November 2020,The differences of tumor size,pain degree,TCM syndrome score,effective rate and white blood cell count between the two groups were compared after treatment.Results: A total of 60 cases were enrolled in this study(30 cases in Chaihu Qinggan Decoction group and 30 cases in hormone group).During the observation,1 case in Chaihu Qinggan Decoction group was removed,and 3 cases in hormone group fell off.A total of 56 cases were completed(29 cases in Chaihu Qinggan Decoction group and 27 cases in hormone group).Before treatment,there was no difference in tumor size,pain score,TCM syndrome score and concurrent syndrome between the two groups,which was comparable(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,body surface and color Doppler ultrasound measured tumor size,concurrent syndrome,adverse reactions in Chaihu Qinggan Decoction group were lower than those in hormone group(P < 0.05),and the effective rate was higher than that in hormone group(P < 0.05).There was no difference in pain degree,white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Chaihu Qinggan Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on acute progressive granulomatous mastitis of liver stagnation heat type.Compared with hormone group,it has better curative effect and less adverse reactions.
