Observation On The Curative Effect Of Jiawei Chaihu Qinggan Decoction In The Treatment Of Plasma Cell Mastitis With Stagnant Heat Of The Liver Meridian

Objectives: To observe leukocytes,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),plasma cell mastitis syndrome scores and changes in TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment by comparing Jiaweichaihuqinggan Soup group and Antibiotic group.To explore the curative effect of Jiaweichaihuqinggan Soup,to support clinical applications.Methods: A total of 40 patients with plasma cell mastitis who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(Jiaweichaihuqinggan Soup group)and control group(Cefaclor sustained release capsule combined with Ornidazole dispersible tablet group).Twenty patients in each group.The changes of leukocytes,CRP,IL-6,plasma cell mastitis syndrome scores,TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the tow groups before and after treatment.Results: A total of 40 cases were completed in this study.During the treatment period,patients in both groups actively cooperated,and there were no excluded and shedd,and no allergies or other serious adverse reactions.The final statistical results were 20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group.1)Age,duration,TCM scores,TCM symptom scores(breast pain,lump size,mood),leukocytes,CRP,IL-6 levels,etc.in three groups Before the treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2)The scores of CRP,IL-6 and TCM scores,TCM symptom scores(breast pain,lump size,mood)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the above indexes of the Jiaweichaihuqinggan experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiaweichaihuqinggan group can significantly improve the symptoms of plasma cell mastitis patients and its efficacy is higher than antibiotic.The safty of Jiaweichaihuqinggan group is very high.
