Objective To study the anatomical characteristics of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL),and to explore the ideal femoral attachment location method in anatomic single-bundle reconstruction of ACL,and it was used for clinical,in order to compare its short-term postoperative efficacy with that of traditional single-bundle reconstruction. Methods study 30 cases of adult cadaveric knee joint specimens, retain only bone, cartilage and anterior cruciate ligament, clean up all the other soft tissue, depicting the footprint of femoral attachment, observe the tension changes of ACL fibers at different flexion angles of knee joints, explore the anatomical features, and measure the corresponding data.Through the statistical research to find the rule,to formulate the ideal location method about the anatomy of the single beam reconstruction femoral check point;A total of 100 patients with ACL fractures admitted to the department of sports trauma and arthroscopic surgery of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University from January to November 2017 were selected fo ranatomical single-bundle reconstruction.50 patients(experimental group)were randomly selected preoperatively to locate the femoral check point according to the anatomical research results, and 50patients(control group)were selected to locate the femoral check point by traditional equal-length reconstruction.Data of the two groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant.Postoperative complications in the two groups were observed, and Lysholm score of knee joint,KT-2000 joint measurement instrument examination were regularly followed up.Results All patients were followed up for more than 12 months after the operation.According to the follow-up results, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the examination of related complications,Lysholm score and kt-2000 joint measuring instrument(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the results of anatomical studies, the femoral attachment can be located accurately, and the anterior cruciate ligament can be reconstructed by anatomical single-bundle,which can restore the original anatomical and physiological functions of ACL to a greater extent and increase the stability of anti-rotation.Its short-term clinical effect is better than that of traditional equal-length single-beam reconstruction.
