| PurposeTo develop the life style compliance scale for CHB patients and complete the reliability and validity test of the scale according to the scale development process.MethodBased on the four cornerstones of health proposed by the World Health Organization,integrating the idea of pre-disease treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,construct an initial item pool of 41 items by iterature review and semi-structured interviews.On this basis,an expert consultation questionnaire is formed.Conduct two rounds of circularization on 18 experts who come from various hospitals in Hunan by Delphi Method and collect,analyze the feedback from experts.Then modify or filter the related items,and test the reliability of the method through expert positive coefficient,authority coefficient and Kendall coordination coefficient.After two rounds consultation,the experts' opinions tended to be unanimous,then the first draft of the scale formed.Later,with the first draft of the scale as a research tool,180 CHB patients who were treated in a hospital in Hunan were selected for questionnaire survey.Setting up a database by Excel with the collected data and Conducting statistical analysis by SPSS 26.0 software.Analyzing and filtrating the first draft of the scale by item distribution method,coefficient of variation method,T inspection,correlation coefficient method to form the formal lifestyle compliance scale for CHB patients.Then,internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability and test-retest reliability were used to evaluate the reliability of the scale,and content validity and construct validity were used to evaluate the validity of the scale.Result1.A preliminary scale item pool with 41 items in 6 dimensions was constructed through the literature review method and semi-structured interviews with 14 CHB patients.2.After two rounds of circularization on 18 experts who come from various hospitals in Hunan by Delphi Method and modify,delete and add the items,the first draft of a lifestyle compliance scale for CHB patients with 30 items in 6 dimensions including diet,exercise,alcohol and smoking cessation,emotional management,disinfection and isolation,and follow-up compliance was formed finally.Among them,the positive coefficients of experts in the first and second rounds of consultation were 100%and 94.44%respectively;the authority coefficients were 0.925 and 0.914 respectively;the Kendall coordination coefficient after the second round of expert consultation was 0.491(P<0.01).3.After the entry analysis of the first draft of the 30 entries,a total of 4 items were deleted,and finally the final draft of the scale with 26 items was formed.The scale of marks from "never like this" to "always like this",which scoring from 1?5,reversing scoring of reverse questions,and take 26 to 130 as the total points.The higher the score,the better the patient compliance.4.After testing,the internal consistency coefficient of the scale is 0.897;the split-half reliability coefficient is 0.923;the test-retest reliability correlation coefficient is 0.921;both are statistically significant(P=0.000),indicating that the scale has a good Reliability.The scale is established after two rounds of expert consultation through the Delphi method,all the experts consulted have good authority and rich clinical experience,there is a high degree of consistency in the opinions of experts,and indicates that the items can represent the content that want to measure and evaluate,indicating that the scale has good content validity.6 factors are obtained by exploratory factor analysis,which is correspond to the theory construction and the explainable variation for the 6 factors is 65.6%,the results showed that the scale had good construct validity.Conclusion1.According to the shortage of lifestyle compliance measurement tools for CHB patients,the preliminary pool of literature review and semi-structural interview were established through two rounds of preliminary optimization and screening,forming the first draft of CHB patients with 30 entries in 6 dimensions.2.The entries of the first scale were analyzed and screened through pre-investigation,and the final draft of the lifestyle compliance scale of CHB patients with 6 items of 26 dimensions was formed,which proved that the scale has good reliability efficiency and can be used in clinical practice. |
