Objective:Advance through the discussion group developed chronic liver disease syndromes in TCM scale validity, and sensitivity analysis, evaluation of the quality scale TCM, Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment so as to provide objective cirrhosis, effective tool to advance the quantification and standardization of TCM development.Method:Based discussion group based on preliminary work and discussion of clinical practice and expert opinion, and with reference to the internationally accepted scale of chronic liver disease (CLDQ) design method, developed liver syndrome scale Chinese entry in accordance with the dimension characteristics of syndromes division. Re-use of Chinese medicine syndromes of chronic liver disease questionnaire were collected 148 cases of liver cirrhosis patients and 151 non-clinical characterization of patients with liver disease information.Establish excel database of all clinical data entry. All data on the application of Cronbach'sαcoefficient of test homogeneity scale reliability;the use of correlation analysis and factor analysis to assess the scale's construct validity; the same time, the use of rank sum test, patients with liver cirrhosis and non-liver disease scale between the two groups and the dimensions of each item score for significance test to assess the scale of sensitivity. Results:Scale of Chinese medicine with chronic liver test values of the whole project Cronbach 'sαcoefficient analysis, patients in chronic liver cirrhosis,αcoefficient of 0.892, in non-liver disease group was 0.844, greater than 0.80. Between the various projects that have good internal consistency, suggesting a higher scale reliability.Between the various dimensions associated with the total score analysis, and between each dimension and total score were highly correlated between (P <0.01). Factor analysis showed that, according to eigenvalue> 1 extracted 8 factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate of 71.78%. Factors by rotation, the correlation coefficient for each entry extracted factor greater than 0.6, bad breath, nausea, He gas, dark urine, depression items loading on factor 1, a larger, reflecting the damp characteristics;two projects dryness, blurred vision , eyes, soreness, difficulty falling asleep entry load on factor 2 higher, mainly reflecting the characteristics of liver and kidney;factors 3 and fatigue, backache, knee weakness, headache associated with a large degree, the main representative of the common features of the disease;factor 4 and liver area pain, hot flashes, night sweats, chills, cold extremities, lower extremity edema associated with level of large, mainly reflecting the characteristics of spleen deficiency syndrome;factor 5 and liver pain, bloating, breast tenderness Xiong Xie, Shaofu pain associated large extent, the main representative of the characteristics of liver depression spleen deficiency;factor 6 and skin itching, factor 7 and mouth pain, muscle nosebleed factor 8 associated with the degree of large, mainly reflecting the characteristics of heat syndrome stasis. While the patients with liver cirrhosis group and the non-entry rate for rank sum test between shows in the headache, with two dry, red eyes and swelling and pain, nausea, constipation, loose stools six entry points between the groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05), the two scores for each rank sum test, the results show, in addition to the dimension of spleen deficiency syndrome in patients with non-liver diseases was no significant difference (P> 0.05), the rest were disease, stagnation and spleen deficiency liver yin deficiency, dampness, heat accumulation stasis dimensions were significantly different (P <0.01), that scale has good sensitivity dimensions divided. Conclusion (1) self-developed cirrhosis Syndrome Scale for the Assessment of the disease, have a high reliability and validity.(2) the scale in the assessment of patients with liver cirrhosis reflect the nature of good and sensitivity, can be applied to evaluate the efficacy of patients with liver cirrhosis and syndrome classification and discrimination.(3) The study to explore Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis and effective and objective tool to provide a feasible ideas and methods, can take this to promote the standardization of TCM and the development of quantification.Conclusion:1. self-developed cirrhosis Syndrome Scale for the Assessment of the disease, have a high reliability and validity.2. the scale in the assessment of patients with liver cirrhosis reflect the nature of good and sensitivity, can be applied to evaluate the efficacy of patients with liver cirrhosis and syndrome classification and discrimination.3. The study to explore Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis and effective and objective tool to provide a feasible ideas and methods, can take this to promote the standardization of TCM and the development of quantification.
