Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangyin Zhixue Recipe In The Treatment Of Children With Chronic Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia

Objective:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Zhixue Decoction on chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia(CITP)in children with deficiency of both qi and Yin.Methods:In this study,25 children with CITP of deficiency of both qi and Yin were selected from the outpatient department of Professor Jiang Wenming,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2019 to June 2020,,After oral administration of Yiqi Yangyin Zhixue Decoction for 3 months,the platelet count,TCM syndrome score(main syndrome:bleeding,mental fatigue,hot flashes and night sweats,five heart trouble and heat;secondary syndrome:shortness of breath,low voice,dizziness,dry mouth and tongue,dry stool),peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)number and ratio were observed and recorded Changes in the situation.Results:1.The total effective rate of Western medicine was 76%.Before and after treatment,the platelet count showed an upward trend,and the bleeding situation was significantly improved,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).3.The number of T lymphocyte subsets CD4+cells,CD8+cells and CD4+/CD8+ratio were normal before treatment,and the number of T lymphocyte subsets CD4+cells,CD8+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ratio were normal after treatment,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi and Yangyin hemostasis can effectively improve the bleeding symptoms of children with "Qi Yin and deficiency syndrome",and increase the peripheral platelet count,and effectively improve the TCM syndrome of children with ctitp.
