Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of gastrodin to interfere with residual symptoms of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo after reduction, and explore a safe and effective treatment method. Methods: A collection of 40 patients with residual symptoms after reduction who met the inclusion criteria from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected from the Department of Brain Disease,Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Department of Vertigo,Department of Brain Disease, and Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were numbered according to the order of treatment, and were randomly divided into group A(gastrodin acupoint injection group)and group B(drug group)by random number table, with 20 cases in each group. In the gastrodinone acupoint injection group, acupoint injections were performed on one side of Fengchi and Xuanzhong points, and the left and right sides of the body were alternately injected with acupoints,1 time/d ay,treatment for 6 days, rest 1 day,7 days for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment. The drug group was given betahistine mesylate 6 mg orally,3 times a day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Observe the changes in the total scores of DHI,HADS,and vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale,as well as the total clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients at different time periods, and then perform statistical analysis.Results:(1)The two groups of patients had no statistically significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,etc.(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)Before treatment, the total scores of DHI,HADS,and vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale of the two groups were basically similar, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(3)The changes of the two groups of patients in different time periods of DHI total score,HADS total score, and vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale score changes were compared using two-factor three-level repeated measures analysis of variance. The result of the sphere test is P >0.05,which satisfies the sphere test, and the repeated measurement analysis of variance can be performed. The analysis results show that the group effect P<0.05,which means that without considering the measurement time, different groups have statistically significant effects on the patient's total DHI score,HADS total score, and vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale score.Time effect P<0.05,indicating that the total DHI score,HADS total score, and vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale scores of patients in different measurement time periods have statistically significant differences without considering the measurement group.Group × time interaction effect P<0.05,indicating that there is an interaction effect between time and group factors. The total DHI score,HADS total score, and clinical syndrome evaluation scale of vertigo at different time periods before and after treatment in group A and group B There is a statistically significant difference in the decline in the score. There is an interactive effect between time and group. After a simple effect analysis, the two groups of patients have DHI total score,HADS total score, and vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale score interactive contour map presentation results are consistent with the simple effect analysis results. After 1 week of treatment and 1 month of treatment, there were significant differences in the DHI total score,HADS total score, and vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale scores between group A and B,P<0.05,which was statistically significant. The total DHI score, the total HADS score and the clinical syndrome evaluation scale scores of patients in group A and B after 1 month of treatment were significantly different from those after 1 week of treatment and before treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.(4)The two groups of patients have obvious effects, the total effective rate of group A is 95%,the total effective rate of group B is 85%,the total effective rate of group A is higher than that of group B,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Gastrodin acupoint injection and drugs can improve the patient's quality of life, emotional and psychological status and related clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and the long-term curative effect of the two groups are better than the short-term curative effect, but the curative effect of the gastrodin acupoint injection group is better than that of the drug group.Gastrodin acupoint injection and drug safety are good.In short, acupoint injection of gastrodin has a definite effect on patients with residual symptoms after reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. The long-term effect is stable and better than the short-term effect, and there are no serious adverse reactions and high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
