Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Medical Big Data Development

From our country established till now,it's been seventy years during which our public health has improved so much.Health clinics upgraded to top three hospitals,health care with medicine and drops upgraded to the one hundredth IDAVINCHI operative robots leads to a great achievement that China grows to be one of the most advanced level in public heath in the world.Since the thirteenth Five Years Developing Plan,the summary and leading policy to the public health appears to be on the government work report every year from which we can find how much attention paid to the public health from our party and government.At present,the development of medical technology in the world has entered a bottleneck period.Domestically,China's medical mode mainly originates from the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),one of the three quintessence of China,which mainly USES sight,smell,questioning and cutting as the means of diagnosis and treatment for patients.In foreign countries,western medicine,relying on advanced science and technology,and scientific research and experiment,has carried out research and experimental treatment of new diseases with rapid development,strong pertinence and good therapeutic effect.But these two kinds of medical treatment mode have the common deficiency,namely blindness,passivity,lag.Blindness is reflected in the fact that when medical personnel understand the patient's medical history,it is difficult to provide comprehensive consultation,and the patient is not from medical background,so it is difficult to give specific and comprehensive answers,resulting in information omission and poor treatment effect.Passivity,that is,when the doctor asks about the condition,the patient conceals part of the condition for personal reasons,which may cause unexpected adverse consequences.Hysteresis,embodied in the epidemic is spreading quietly,for example,due to the lagging information transmission speed,causing the outbreak failed to was found to suppress,malignant spread,and patients with infectious diseases in unknown circumstances produce secondary spread again,potentially infected person cannot track under medical observation,uncontrollable bad epidemic situation.At this point,new approaches to medical diagnosis and treatment need to be developed and applied to make up for the above deficiencies.At present,China is tackling the new coronavirus with unprecedented determination and courage.Under the correct leadership and wise deployment of the CPC central committee and the state council,the whole country is united in its resolve,and we believe we will soon achieve the final victory of epidemic control.But in this outbreak,it is not difficult to see the disadvantage brought to me by the passivity and hysteresis of the medical model.In the face of the epidemic,li lanjuan,academician of the Chinese academy of engineering and member of the high-level expert group of the national health and health commission,proposed that the source of infection could be discovered and controlled through big data to curb the spread of the epidemic.South China seafood city in wuhan,where the outbreak occurred,was also found through big data screening.Therefore,medical big data may become an important approach to the new medical model.The development of medical big data concerns the well-being of people's livelihood and is an important means to promote the improvement of public medical level.Since 2016,China has steadily promoted the construction and operation of medical big data,but only through rational planning and construction of medical big data in the country can the healthy and rapid development of medical big data in China be guaranteed.In this paper,the author will combine their own jobs,in-depth analysis of regional medical current situation of the development of big data and research the national health development strategy of big data,adjust measures to local conditions to put forward the existing problems in the development of current medical big data and reason,and combined with personalized recommendations,in order to have a positive role for the development of Chinese medical data strategy.In terms of improving people's livelihood and enhancing scientific and technological strength,medical big data can play a significant role.So governments are trying to promote the development of large medical data,meaning in the development,public policy,economic returns after full argument,in such aspects as the development of medical big data continues to advance,but the evaluation of the benefits of big data development at the same time should be real time to grasp the development process has produced or may produce problem,timely and effective to avoid and solve problems,ensure the smooth and healthy development.Firstly,through literature analysis,the author finds out the problems encountered in the development of other medical big data-first countries and the solutions,and summarizes them.Then,based on my own experience in medical engineering,I will explore the existing drawbacks in the development process of medical big data and the possible obstacles to its further development from the perspectives of medical workers,equipment and talents,and deeply analyze the causes in order to find effective solutions.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature analysis and interview.Through the papers in recent years at home and abroad excellent medical big data development consulting,analysis,summarized the domestic and foreign medical data domain development existence difference and gap,combined with the medical workers in their own units interviews,interactions with the real situation and development Suggestions,the status quo and Suggestions will help national health data to flourish,to take off.The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that medical big data,as a public resource,is the integration of medical resources and big data resources.Unilateral analysis from the medical or engineering perspective cannot comprehensively and effectively analyze the possible problems in the development of medical big data.The author as the engineering background,engineering related work in medical institutions in TCM,will start from the professional field and field work,medical big data more carefully mining industry development present situation and facing problems,in-depth analysis of the reason,put forward a more comprehensive and effective solutions,assist medical big data earlier public health services for the society.The thesis consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly through the research background and significance of this paper,related research literature review at home and abroad,research methods and other important aspects of this paper in detail.The second chapter is the basic concepts and theoretical basis of this study,which mainly explains the basic concepts of medical big data,precision medicine and medical big data sharing,and gives some explanations to the resource allocation theory and regional development theory throughout this paper.The third chapter illustrates the development status of medical big data at home and abroad from the perspectives of government agencies,social capital and the development status of medical big data.The fourth chapter explores the development status of medical big data in current medical institutions through in-depth research on literature and news combined with my own work,explores the problems in the development,and analyzes the causes.Chapter five puts forward Suggestions to improve the development of medical big data from five aspects:security,information format,infrastructure,medical personnel and personnel training.
