Precision medicine is expected to become the paradigm of future health care, owing to the rapid development of high-throughput technologies and systems approaches in recent years. As the next generation of diagnostic and treatment technology, precision medicine is of great significance to the biomedical industry. Modern information technology is closely combined with traditional medical methods by precision medicine. Based on population subdivision, precision medicine could help us interpret biomedical big data closely related to physical function and the essence of diseases. It could also help manage the golden triangle of treatment: the right target, the right chemistry and the right patient. It is a key issue to be solved for population health informatization and the New Healthcare Reform to explore the service model of precision medicine based on big data, cloud computing, etc. The researches about service type and process, data resources, platform architecture, and security system, in the era of big data, contribute to provide overall planning and top-level design for the development of Patient Centered Precision Medicine.[Purpose] Based on the theoretical research and practical application of precision medicine and big data at home and abroad, in accord with national informatization policies, regulations and standards, the subject aims to construct the service model of China's Precision Medicine which includes service type and process, data resources, platform architecture, security system, and SWOT analysis, etc., according to the demands of medical service. The subject also strives to enrich and renovate the clinical and translational medical research, improve the discipline system of data science, and expand medical application system of big data.[Methods] The research methods used by this subject include document retrieve, data science method, business process analysis, Service-Oriented Modeling and Architecture, SWOT analysis. Analyzing development status of precision medicine based on big data through document retrieve, can summarize relevant experience to provide a theoretical basis and reference content for research projects; With the guidance of data science method, analyze and construct the service model of precision medical based on big data, and explore its development strategy; Apply business process analysis to analyze the business flow of precision medical services, and draw the flow chart; Using service oriented architecture analysis and design methods, build a highly flexible, configurable and extensible platform for precision medicine; Adopt SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze China's precision medicine service model, in order to provide specific suggestions and better serve the residents' health.[Results](1) The service types of precision medicine consist of four types, they are precision diagnosis, precision treatment, precision nursing and precision drugs. The precision diagnosis and precision treatment are the main forms. Precision nursing and precision drugs provide key support for them.(2) According to the role of data played in the process of precision medicine, precision big data can be divided into four categories: material data, basic data, knowledge network metadata and result data.(3) Based on the theoretical and practical research of precision medicine platform and application, the overall architecture, technical architecture, data architecture and functional architecture of the precision medicine big data platform are designed. The overall architecture includes presentation layer, service layer, information layer, data layer, infrastructure layer, information standard system and information security system; the technology architecture is divided into data layer, data management layer, information management layer, service management layer, support layer, and its operation environment is precision medicine cloud; the data architecture describes the data flow and technical support and participation role in the process; the functional architecture includes five modules: data acquisition, data integration, data query, visualization, privacy and security management.(4) The support and guarantee from information infrastructure, information technology, information security, law and insurance system, are needed for the great development of precision medicine, and also need to be updated in time.(5) Actions are needed to be taken in order to promote the application and development of precision medicine service model. The related considerations come from government top-level design, hospital management model, medical research, development and application of new technologies, collaborative innovation, medical education reform, laws and regulations update.[Conclusions](1) Precision medicine service model based big data have been established, including main service types, precision medicine big data, big data platform architecture of precision medicine, guarantee system, application and development of precision medicine service model in our country.(2) The precision medicine service model based on big data in our study is more systematic and comprehensive than before studies which focused on the part of the service link and the application of some diseases.(3) Two aspects haven't been discussed, which mean precise regulation of prognosis when someone is ill, or precision prediction, detection, and intervention before someone is ill; Precision medicine service types is simple, and work flow analysis only considers the common characteristics of all kinds of diseases for services; Platform architecture planning is preliminary, which means there are lacks in the operating mechanism, especially in overall architecture; Research on the development of precision medical security system is a top-level design, and the analysis of specific safeguard measures is not enough.
