Research On The Medical Security Of Seafarers In My Country

Shipping is one of the most important modes of transportation in international trade and plays a vital role in the overall development of China's economy.At present,there are nearly 1600,000 registered crew members in our country,ranking first in the world.However,the number of crew members is still in a state of shortage in relation to the huge demand for imports and exports in our country.There are many reasons for this situation.One of the important ones is the serious medical security problem of crew members,which results in the most basic medical health of crew members not being guaranteed.Medical security is the most basic and urgent rights and interests of workers.However,due to the particularity of crew work,its medical security has a special aspect,which makes it difficult to protect the crew's medical health.Starting from the rights and interests of the crew,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the medical security of the crew in China and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve the rights and interests of the medical security of the crew in China.The text is divided into four parts.The first part is to elaborate and analyze the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of crew medical insurance.The second part probes into the legislation,rights protection and other issues faced by the crew on the basis of the current situation of the crew's medical security,looking for the reasons.The third part is to analyze the medical security of foreign sailors and draw inspiration from the medical security experience of sailors in Britain,Japan and Singapore.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of crew medical security system,realization mechanism,subject management and medical treatment.
