Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of HPV persistent infection after LEEP in patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion. Methods:A total of 369 patients who underwent cervical LEEP in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were included and divided into two groups according to whether the patients had HPV negative after treatment, that is,HPV negative group(n=187)and HPV persistently positive group(n=182).The clinical and pathological data of the two groups were analyzed, and the independent influencing factors of postoperative HPV persistent infection were screened by logistic regression analysis. Results:Logistic regression analysis exhibited that menopausal status(OR=1.826,95%CI=1.029~3.241,P<0.05),abnormal postoperative leucorrhea cleanliness(OR=1.876,95%CI=1.078 ~ 3.265,P <0.05),reduced Lactobacillus(OR=4.654,95%CI=2.266~9.556,P<0.05),combined vaginitis(OR=3.548,95%CI=2.111~5.964,P<0.05),and positive postoperative pathological margins(OR=2.855,95%CI=1.517~5.373,P<0.05)were independent risk factors for HPV persistent infection after LEEP,but not related to age, smoking history, vaginal pH value, vaginal bacteria density and diversity, maternal history, lesion area, pathological type, and whether the gland involved(P>0.05).Conclusion : Persistent HPV infection after LEEP is related to menopausal status, positive pathological margin, abnormal vaginal microecology and decreased Lactobacillus. Therefore,it is suggested to fully evaluate the patients with high-risk factors before operation, closely follow up and actively intervene after operation.
