Clinical Research Of Effect On Inflammation Of Mastitis Patients During Milk Stasis Period With Traditional Chinese Cecoction Of Promoting Lactation

Objectives:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese decoction of Promoting Lactation combined with manipulation during the milk stasis period,and to explore the effectiveness of traditional Chinese decoction of Promoting Lactation in reducing the level of inflammation in serum and breast milk.Methods:Patients with lactation mastitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with the treatment of manipulation.The treatment group was prepared by traditional Chinese decoction of Promoting Lactation on the basis of the treatment of manipulation.The treatment and observation period for the two groups of patients lasted for 7 days.Treatment D1,D7 fill out the evaluation forms for the clinical symptoms observations and collect patients’ serum white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(N%),c-reactive protein(CRP)levels and the concentration of the IL-6 in breast milk.Results:1.After treatment,the total scores of two groups were lower than before(p<0.05).However,compared with the control group,the clinical symptom score decreased significantly in the treatment group(p<0.05).In terms of individual symptoms:The symptoms of lactation insufficiency,breast pain,lump in breast,local skin red,fever,headache,body pain,irritability,thirst,constipation in the treatment group after treatment were significantly improved,compared with before treatment there is statistical significance(p<0.01).In the control group,the symptom score of lactation insufficiency,breast distension,local skin,fever and headache pain was significantly lower than before treatment,and there was statistical significance(p<0.01).However,there was no significant difference between lump in breast,irritability,thirst and constipation before treatment(p>0.05).Compared with the two groups,the treatment group had a better advantage than the control group in reducing breast tenderness,fever,headache pain,irritability,thirst and constipation symptoms,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.After the treatment,the treatment group and control group all degrade the expression of inflammation,but after 7 days the expression of WBC,N%,CRP in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two there is statistical significance(p<0.05).3.After 7 days,the concentrations of IL-6 in breast milk were lower than the previous in both group,but the concentrations of IL-6 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 7 days,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese decoction of Promoting Lactation can effectively reduce the expression of inflammation both in serum and breast milk during the milk stasis period,and improve the symptoms and signs of the stasis of lactation.It is helpful to improve the symptoms of stasis and prevent the disease progression of mastitis.
