Sowing is an important measure of millet production.Drill sowing is usually used,but there are some problems in drill sowing,such as uneven sowing density and difficult inter seedling labor in the later stage.Millet hole sowing is an advanced sowing method,but there are few machines to realize hole sowing,and the research on Millet hole sowing monitoring system is not perfect.Based on the comprehensive analysis of monitoring methods at home and abroad,this paper takes stm32f101 rb single chip microcomputer as the core,uses the upper computer and lower computer to continuously collect and display data,and designs a millet hole sowing monitoring system with infrared photoelectric sensor as the main monitor,which can monitor the situation of millet hole sowing.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Taking Changsheng No.7 millet as the research object,based on the agronomic requirements of hole sowing,the millet hole sowing seed metering device with positive and negative pressure hole wheel combination is used for seed metering,and the falling process is photographed by high-speed camera.The statistics of falling grain shielding are obtained,and the better position of sensor installation is analyzed.(2)The best number and arrangement of infrared photodiodes are obtained by MATLAB simulation software.Use MATLAB/Simulink to carry out infrared photoelectric sensor simulation research to monitor the process of grain falling.(3)Stm32f101rb single chip microcomputer is used to complete the design of reset circuit,alarm circuit,power supply circuit,liquid crystal display circuit and hardware anti-interference.Using java language and assembly language to write counting compensation system,sowing area measurement system,voice broadcasting system,LCD system and software anti-interference system.(4)Build a test bench,take the qualified rate,replay rate and missed sowing rate as the indicators,carry out millet hole sowing test,and obtain the test indicators and the proportion of the actual number of seeds corresponding to different number of seeds displayed on the display.The accuracy of the monitoring system is verified by field experiment. |
