Based on the systematic analysis of the research status of Isatis indigotica seeding devices at home and abroad,in accordance with the agronomic requirements of Isatis indigotica seeding technology,and based on the characteristics of Isatis indigotica seed materials,the design experiment and research of the hole-wheel type Isatis indigo seeding and metering device was carried out.The specific contents are as follows:(1)The test material is the Isatis indigotica seeds with a larger planting area in Heilongjiang Province.The characteristics of the Isatis indigotica seeds are measured to obtain the triaxial size,moisture content,thousand-grain weight and density of the seeds.The sliding friction coefficient of the Isatis indigotica seeds is obtained by using a self-made mechanical property test device.,Static friction coefficient,collision recovery coefficient;Use the universal material testing machine to test the shear and compression mechanical properties of Isatis indigotica seeds,and obtain the linear regression equations of moisture content of Isatis indigotica seeds and compression force and shear force.(2)Based on the characteristics of Isatis indigotica seed material,the hole-wheel type Isatis indigotica hole sowing and metering device was designed,using Solid Works2020 software to carry out 3D modeling of the key components of the seed metering device and completing the virtual assembly,and establishing a virtual prototype of the Isatis indigo root seeding and metering device.Interference check,the result shows that there is no interference between the seed metering device bodies;the EDEM software is used to carry out the simulation test of the hole diameter and depth of the seed metering device,and the value range of the hole diameter is13?25mm,and the depth of the hole is selected The value range is 1.5?7.5mm.(3)Select the hole wheel speed,hole diameter and hole depth as the test factors,and take the pass rate,replay rate,and missed broadcast rate as performance indicators.Through the three-factor five-level quadrature orthogonal rotation combined test research,the establishment of each The regression equation of factors on performance indicators is to analyze the main factors that affect the performance indicators of Banlangen sowing,and obtain the order of primary and secondary effects on the performance indicators.Using data processing software,optimize and determine the best combination of operating parameters,and test the optimized results to verify the optimization results show that the error is within the allowable range and can meet the requirements of Isatis root seeding.
