At present, domestic electromagnetic vibrated rice direct seeder can not detect and control automatically state of seeding, especially it can not resolve well the synchronization of the amount of seeding and velocity in reality application. When the velocity of seeding machine change, its amount of seeding in unit distance would also change (the amount of seeding in unit time is still no change). The driver can only adjust manual knob to change the frequency and swing of main seeding apparatus, in order to make the amount of seeding change. The operation has a rather high need to the experience of operator, and it also increases the operator's workload. In fact, the synchronization of the amount of seeding and the velocity can not resolve well.In this paper, will apply the technology of the Single-chip Microcomputer control and modern sensor examination to the examination of sowing performance and automatic adjustment and control of the amount of seeding, and designs two suite seeding control blue print.
