Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AM fungi)is one of the most important microbial groups in soil, which play an important role in promoting plant growth, improving crop yield, environmental restoration, and stabilizing ecological balance.Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve has a well-preserved ecosystem, rich in animals and plants, and diverse forest types, making it an ideal site for biodiversity research. In this study, the rhizosphere soil of 7 kinds of bamboos(Indocalamus latifolia,Fargesia fargesii,Indocalamus Indocalamus,Phyllostachys pubescens,Phyllostachys angustifolia,Dendrocalamus giganteus and Dendrocalamus bashanensis)in Fanjing Mountain Nature Reserve were collected,AM fungi spores were isolated from soil by wet sieve decantation sucrose centrifugation, combined with morphological identification and molecular biology techniques for AM fungi species identification,AM fungi diversity index was determined, and statistical methods were used to calculate and analyze. In order to explore the diversity of AM fungi in the rhizosphere soil of common bamboos in Fanjing Mountain and the correlation between different bamboos and AM fungi, the following results were obtained:1.There are abundant AM fungi germplasm resources in Fanjingshan.47 AM fungi belonging to 15 genera were isolated and identified from 7 common bamboo rhizosphere soils in Fanjing Mountain, accounting for 30.32% of the known species in China.Among them,Ac.brasiliensis,Di.clara,Se.altomontanum and Am.reticulata were the new recorded species in China.2.13 species of AM fungi belonging to 6 genera were identified by using modern molecular biology techniques, and the identification results were consistent with those of morphological identification. At present, molecular identification methods of AM fungi are not fully mature, and more accurate identification of AM fungi should be carried out by combining with traditional morphological identification methods.3.The dominant genera of common bamboo are Acaulospora and Glomus, the widely distributed genera are Acaulospora,Glomus,Scutellospora and Sclerocystis.Ac.mellea,Scu.calospora and Scl.rubiformis are widely distributed among the seven bamboo species.4.The composition and distribution of AM fungi were affected by plant species and vegetation diversity. The species composition, spore density and diversity index of AM fungi were different among different bamboo species.Indocalamus Indocalamus had the highest species richness, the spore density of Phyllostachys pubescens was significantly higher than that of other bamboo species, and the spore density and species number of Phyllostachys angustifolia were the lowest. The Shannon-Wiener index and Simpson index of Dendrocalamus giganteus were the highest, the Pielou index of Phyllostachys angustifolia was the highest, and the Shannon-Wiener index,Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index of Phyllostachys pubescens were the lowest.5.The AM fungi and different bamboos selected each other and formed different AM fungi communities and endemic species.Among them,Scl.sinuosa is the endemic species of Indocalamus latifolia,Ac.brasiliensis is the endemic species of Fargesia fargesii,Ac.cavernata,Pa.scintillans,Fu.mosseae,Fu.badium and Fu.geosporum are the endemic species of Indocalamus Indocalamus,Cl.lamellosum and Scl.coremioidesis are the endemic species of Phyllostachys pubescens,Ac.alpina is the endemic species of Dendrocalamus bashanensis.6.The AM fungi were selective to some extent and gradually became the dominant species in the suitable habitats.Among them,Cl.etunicatum was the dominant species of Indocalamus latifolia,Ac.koskei was the dominant species of Dendrocalamus giganteus,Ac.koskei and Ac.scrobiculata were the dominant species of Dendrocalamus bashanensis. The results of this study revealed the species composition and distribution of common bamboo AM fungi in the rhizosphere of Fanjing Mountain, and confirmed that AM fungi resources in Fanjing Mountain are extremely rich.By comparing the fungi diversity of AM fungi among different bamboos,it was concluded that the diversity of AM fungi was affected by the host plant species, vegetation diversity and habitat, and the distribution of AM fungi was different in different plant communities. The results of this study lay a foundation for further research on the physiological and ecological functions of AM fungi in bamboo, and also provide a basis for further investigation of AM fungi resources and their distribution in Fanjing Mountain.
