Potato is a herbaceous plant of the Solanaceae family.It is planted all over the world and is the fourth largest source of food for mankind.In recent years,with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural secondary and tertiary industries have developed rapidly,and the rural labor force has gradually decreased.Aimed at manual cutting of potato seed potatoes High work intensity,long time period,low efficiency of potato seed potato cutting machine,etc.,the mechanical operation of seed potato cutting machine before mechanized potato planting has become an inevitable development trend.The design is based on adapting to the planting mode and meeting the agronomic requirements.Developed a seed potato cutting test prototype that can optimize the parameters of cutting potato,and optimized and improved the arrangement structure and parameters of the disc cutter in the potato cutting mechanism of the machine.The qualified rate of potato chunks and blindness rate were tested.Evaluation indicators to improve the quality of seed potato cuts.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The material characteristics of potato seed potatoes of Holland No.7,Holland No.15 and Yanshu No.4 were studied.The moisture content and moisture content of potato seed potatoes were completed by using DGG-9030 B electric heating constant temperature blast drying oven and CTM2050 universal material testing machine.The measurement of shearing force can provide a theoretical reference for the selection of the speed of the disc cutter in the potato cutting mechanism of the seed potato cutting test prototype,observe and study the distribution of bud eyes on the surface of the seed potato,and design the arrangement structure of the disc cutter Provides an important theoretical basis.(2)Complete the overall scheme design of the potato seed potato cutting test prototype,and complete the theoretical design of the conveying mechanism and the potato cutting mechanism through the analysis of the working principle of the seed potato conveying and seed potato cutting operation,in order to ensure the rationality and practicality of the design The dimensional parameters of each mechanism in the prototype are determined by combining the original machine structure and technical parameters.Use Solid works drawing software to complete the establishment of the prototype 3D model,check and evaluate the prototype model,determine its center of mass position and weight and other parameters,use ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to perform statics and modal analysis on the prototype model to check whether the prototype design is reasonable.(3)Carry out the seed potato cutting test on the potato seed potato cutting test prototype.The rotating speed of the disc cutter,the arrangement distance of the disc cutter and the arrangement angle of the disc cutter were used as the test influencing factors,and the qualified rate and blindness rate of the potato pieces were used as the test evaluation indicators.The influencing factors were determined through the analysis of the single factor test results.Level range,draw the factor level design table,carry out the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation test,analyze the results of the test through the design expert(Design-Expert)software,explore the cutting performance of the potato seed potato cutting test prototype and various influencing factors According to the correlation and interaction law,the optimal parameter combination is obtained,and the efficiency of seed potato cutting operation is maximized.
