In order to improve the performance of the spoon-belt potato metering device when using miniature potatoes as seed potatoes,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The basic physical parameters,elastic modulus and static friction coefficient of two varieties of tuber were measured.It lays a foundation for the establishment of simulation model,simulation test and improvement of key components.(2)Based on the basic parameters of micro-potato,the simulation models of seed metering device and micro-potato were established by using CAD,Solidworks and Edem.The results showed that the interspecific dispersion was the main factor affecting the filling performance of the metering device.The interspecific dispersion was mainly affected by the interspecific strength chain and interspecific layer height.Therefore,on the basis of simulation analysis,a kind of vibrating seed-feeding device is designed.Through simplification and theoretical analysis,it is concluded that vibration frequency,vibration amplitude and seed layer height are the key factors affecting seed potato dispersion.(3)A single factor test was carried out on the test bench to determine the value range and significance of each factor by taking vibration amplitude,vibration frequency and Angle of seed retaining plate as test factors and passing rate,reseed rate and empty seed rate as test indexes.In order to find the best combination of parameters of seed metering device,a multi-factor experiment was carried out to establish a mathematical model between performance indexes and factors of seed metering device.Through the analysis and processing of the data by the test design software,the vibration amplitude is 25.59 mm,vibration frequency is 6.06 Hz,the limit baffle Angle is 39.78°,the qualified rate is 87.18%,the reseed rate is 7.96% and the empty seed rate is 4.85%.The experimental verification of the above parameter combinations shows that the results obtained are basically the same as the optimized results with small error.
