Straw returned is paid attention to by the world an stimulation, enriching the soil fertility in to eliminate the straw burning caused by air pollution as well as add fertilizer production. Straw returned to increase soil organic matter, improve soil structure, soil loose, porosity increases, the capacity loss, promote microbial activity and crop root growth. Existing straw counters-field machinery on the job often take soil crushing, claw hammer, the blade wear, which resulted in increased power consumption, smashing quality.decline.HuaibeiXuetian. Agricultural machinery factory make full use of the existing technology and human resources, drawing on theories of existing numerous combine harvester straw chopping device and developed a new type of disc corn straw chopper machine.Corn straw machine on the current market roughly has a number of categories such as Y-shaped flail, the straight claw hammer and straight knife. The design schema of the disc corn straw chopper machine is determined by investigating and analyzing the main technical parameters of existing corn straw chopper machine. The entire Disc corn straw chopper machine includes chopping device, feeding device, transmission device, gear and rack and so on.At work,first by the hob cutting the corn stalks from the root,corn stalks by the pickup sawing feeding plate knife. Master and slave saw disc knife reverse rotation, will feed the straw homogeneous scatters to the surface after shearing, crushing, a crushing 3 rows of corn. Because straw chopped off the ground,saw has played a supporting role,so the saw disc wear lighter,machine power consumption is also reduced.To improve the structure of the feeding device, the improved feeding device has two upper and lower feed roller, a total of 64 total tooth claws on each of the feed roller, two feeding roller relative motion at the same time, send straw backwards, and ensure that straw non-slip and compaction, in addition, will also keep the blade smooth and remove the burr, the purpose is to prevent the straw twine knife roller in the process of feeding.A prototype drawing is obtained based on the design of key components of the whole machine and computation and simulation. The prototype is tested in the land fields, and the quality is satisfied for agriculture crafts. The experimental results show that the machine is a good cutting effects for corn straws and the stubbles. The cutting rate of stubbles is above 90%, and smashing pass rate is grater and equal to 98%. The average length of chopped straw is 5.2 cm and performance is stable. Stubble pieces are thrown to a average distribution and they have a high coverage. After the operation of the machine, the land become flat, satisfying the agriculture crafts, therefore, it can be used for subsequent sowing.
