Research On Risk Management Of ARJ21 Regional Airliner Line Maintenance

ARJ21 is short for “Advanced Regional Jet of 21 st century”(usually abbreviated as ARJ21),is a new turbofan regional jet developed by COMAC.With specification,size and system structure in stark contrast with the main models of Boeing and Airbus,ARJ21 is also the first regional jet wholly independently designed and manufactured by China.Ensuring the absolute safety of air transport is the mission of the civil aviation industry,in which aviation maintenance assumes a pivotal role in achieving aviation safety.However,flight route maintenance features a harsh environment,a tight schedule,and numerous work items.In the face of numerous risks and uncertainties,effectively control the flight route maintenance risks for ARJ21,as well as improve the safety margin,in an effort to ensure the safe and sound flight of domestic airliners in the sky.This paper firstly presents the current development and research status of SMS,and then elaborates on the aircraft maintenance in H,the branch of A,from the perspective of organizational structure and risk management system,in the light of the features of ARJ21 flight route maintenance.Via a specialized study on the operation of the ARJ21 maintenance safety management system and the implementation of risk management activities,this paper sheds light on ARJ21 flight route maintenance works,safety information collection,hazard risk assessment,etc.Revolving around the collection and analysis of unsafe information,this paper identifies the risks in ARJ21 flight route maintenance,and adopts the LEC method(short for likelihood,exposure,consequence)for risk assessment of hazard sources,and formulates measures according to the severity of the risk degree.Through a case-based study on ARJ21 flight route maintenance,this paper probes into the application of risk management in practices,which enriches the theories of risk management,in an effort to ensure the safe operation of ARJ21.Such effort lays a solid basis and accumulates experience for the operation of domestic airliners such as C919.
