With the rapid increase of air traffic flow, the airspace resources cannot meet the demand of growing traffic flow, flight conflicts occur more frequently. Considering the route structure, flight parameters and other factors on the analysis of conflict has become a hot point. This research regards the cross route in conflict prone as the research object. It first summarizes the domestic and overseas achievements of conflict, then analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. Paper puts forward clearly the research idea which based on the link of flight parameters and route structure, then modeling the conflict risk of route flight. In the process of combining with flight navigation error, by analyzing the relationship of flight parameters and route angle, it determines the cross route flight meeting model.Conflict resolution which achieved by method of speed control and speed shadow model. It first proposed the “latest adjustment time” concept, which obtained by using the method of MATLAB programming. Research based on the link of flight parameters adjustment speeds ? route angle and latest adjustment time, finally get the conclusion which is "speed value is certain, the route angle more large, the latest adjustment time much later".Based on the concept of the latest adjustment time, respectively, from the two aircraft and traffic flow perspective on conflict risk model are defined. Then, it regards A575 and G332 route which fly to Chaoyang point as example and regards speed value as the variable, making the deeper analysis of simulation result. The research purpose is to ensure that the premise of air traffic safety, increasing the of the maximum flight flow and improving the economic benefits of running.
