Research On Construction Quality Control Of Resettlement Housing Project Under EPC Mod

In recent years,with the promotion of shantytown renovation plans around the world,a large number of resettlement housing projects have been landed to solve the housing problems of resettled residents,but resettlement housing projects as people's livelihood projects have been frequently exposed due to housing quality problems,which has aroused the attention of all walks of life and construction authorities.The thesis takes the construction quality problems of resettlement housing projects under EPC mode as the research object,takes the idea of identifying problems,analyzing them and solving them,combines digital technology and based on the principles of standardization and systematization,etc.to study the construction quality improvement,to reduce the quality of resettlement housing problems and improve the quality of housing,which is of great significance to protect the livelihood of society.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the domestic and foreign literature and research on construction quality,introduces the relevant theories of construction quality control,and lays a theoretical foundation for this research.By investigating the resettlement housing project in Jinan area,collecting on-site construction quality related data,screening construction quality problems,including three stages of design,procurement and construction,including "connection problems between prefabricated components and cast-in-place parts","material specifications do not meet requirements","concrete cracks",etc.and screened out the key quality problems for further analysis.Secondly,using the brainstorming method and 4M1 E to analyze the construction quality problems,the influencing factors of the construction quality problems of 26 EPC resettlement housing projects are divided into six categories: "personnel,machinery,materials,technical methods,environment,and design".Build a theoretical model based on the structural equation model for verification,analyze the standardized path coefficients of the latent variables of "personnel,machinery,materials,technical methods,environment,and design" to the latent variables of "construction quality",and conduct business demand analysis.The study found that,under the personnel factor,"general contracting managers have weak quality awareness",under the design factor "decreased design quality standards",under the material factor "prefabricated component quality defects" and other factors have a heavy impact,and should be targeted.Improve construction quality.Thirdly,using the idea of quality management standardization and informatization to improve the construction quality control process,applying the digital technology of quality management,integrating the construction resources of the resettlement housing project,optimizing the quality management process.One is to improve the business process of the designer from the perspective of the EPC general contractor to ensure the full participation of the designer in the procurement and construction stages;the other is to combine BIM technology,VR technology,cloud storage technology and other digital technologies with Combining the construction quality management business,through the work breakdown structure and defining the quality objectives,strengthen the control of the personnel,materials,machinery and other resources required for the construction;educate the personnel through the visual model and visual disclosure to ensure the standardization of the process flow;use data Cloud storage technology and AR/VR technology assist construction acceptance,ensure the transparency and effectiveness of quality acceptance data,and improve project quality management.Finally,taking a resettlement housing project in Jinan as an example,the construction quality control scheme of the EPC resettlement housing project was initially applied to improve the construction quality of the project to a certain extent and improve the efficiency of construction site management.
